**UPDATE**

Just spoken to Jody at the agency and the landlady has requested we pay an additional deposit of another month and a halfs rent... thats going to take the deposit held to nearly £1500! She's also asked our rent go up by £40 a month but that can't take place until the end of the tenancy and if we renew.

Jody is going to speak to her again and see if she'll accept less than that as an additional deposit and she's going to find out where I stand with regards to paying it over a few months.

Luckily the deposit is held with DPS (Deposit Protection Agency) so at the end of the tenancy she can't 'diddle' us out of any money and it's someone from the agency who'd do the inspection not the landlord.

I think we might just be best to cut our losses and find somewhere else to live at the end of the tenancy..... or the kittens will pay for it Had hoped money from the kittens would buy me a car!

So now it's June..... and I've gone back up to 192.2... basically only managed to lose 1lb since the beginning of April!

I pretty much crashed over the weekend, my Friday & Saturday UD's both ended as UUAD's.... then my DD on Sunday ended up at around the 850c mark.

I spent a lot of yesterday in tears, not sure what started it but I was blubbing like crazy and felt so bloody down Wayne was great but I think he's a bit at a loss when I have one of 'those' days. it's not even that TOM so not sure what started it...

No... I am - I got a text message from my SIL saying she was starting dieting again and weighed in at 188. I am so upset/angry which I know isn't right but she weighed more than me at the end of last year and I've spent the last 2 months dieting but not getting anywhere!

I'm having a good 'ole think about my rotations today and thinking if I carry on doing things the way I am I'm getting nowhere fast so maybe depending on our plans instead of having both Friday and Saturday as UD's I can do one as an MD.....

Gonna have a look on the site, check my calories again and stick to them rigidly. I'm supposed to be doing Race4Life at the end of this month and at the moment I'm lucky if I can walk around the hosue pain free so don't think 5km will be an option. Not sure if it's the warm weather at the moment but my joints are swollen, even between my knuckles... doctors still have no explanation...

Have phoned the doctor this morning to chase my referral to the specialist mental health/eating disorder clinic. I am feeling pretty much at rock bottom and desperatly feel like I need to talk to someone x

GIrl, I am sorry you are struggling. Maybe you should consider switching to TRUE JUDDD? EOD roations? Take it as it is. Then plan to do your current plan in maintenance? You can obviously maintain with this plan. See what I mean?

I think that may have to be the way forward, right now for the first time in a long time I am that warm (old building, warm day, no a/c) that I don't even want to eat anything. Had a sandwich for lunch and it was 'meh' xx

Gina, I just found your journal. You've been having a rough time, girl! Be kind to yourself. Remember too, that stress is the enemy of weight loss! That cortisol starts pumping and your body is too busy with that to concentrate on fat-burning. In other words, you're doing just fine.

I hope things calm down for you and you can get to feeling better. And I hope JUDDD will help with all that. The anti-inflammation effects really are amazing, but they do take awhile to really get going. Be patient with that, they'll sneak up on you and you'll be noticing improvements all of a sudden.

Well ladies this is the plan to shake things up a bit:
Sunday - DD - 400c
Monday - MD - 1200c
Tuesday - DD - 400c
Wednesday - MD - 1200c
Thursday - DD - 400c
Friday - UD - 1960c
Saturday - UD - 1960c
gonna try this until the end of June & see how I get on I'm also going to weigh everyday so I can see how my calorie intake effects my weight.

I'm off work sick today, did too much yesterday and paying the price for it. I'm hurting in places I didn't know I could hurt.. even the bottom of my feet hurt I mean WTH right?

The weather is great today but I am not moving from my front room, curled up watching Hawaii 5-O with Ruin my Maine Coon baby x

Sorry you are not feeling well.
As Locarb girl said, be good to yourself.
As a thought I am currently experimenting with magnesium. It is supposed to have wonderful benefits. I am taking it for leg cramps and an inkling that it may have to do with my losing slowly. It has drawbacks eg with medication one needs to be careful as it has a laxative effect and diminishes their effect. Maybe you could investigate it too, if you have not already.

Aleina - I've been taking Magnesium for about 6-8 weeks, it certainly makes you regular. It's supposed to be good for all sorts of other things too!

Having an odd week still doing the whole emotional roller-coaster, money is a bit tight and everyone seems to wants a piece of me!! Hopefully this time next week things should have settled a bit and hopefully then I can concentrate a little more on my calorie intake. I know this past few days have been higher than I would have liked so not expecting too much difference on the scale on Friday but we'll see what happens x

I fear that your LOW cal DD's followed by MD's will throw you into starvation. I wish you luck girl, that is just a low calorie diet and many have good luck with that!

Well this week didn’t go to plan calories wise, I was over *Every* day!
However.... **Happy Dance**... Maybe shaking things up a little did some good – down 2.4lbs today so hit my first target J

Sunday DD Should have been 400 was 750
Monday 192.2 MD Should have been 1200 – Not to far off at 1226
Tuesday 192.2 DD Should have been 400 was 870
Wednesday 192.2 MD Should have been 1200 was 1550
Thursday 192.2 DD Aimed for 400, came in a little over at 470
Friday 189.8 UD Today and tomorrows target is 1960 J

It’s sunny and warm out, we have friends round tonight so I think it may be Fish & Chips in the garden accompanied with beer.... or I might buy my self a nice bottle of white on the way home!

Thank you Marika

Had a crazy weekend, visiting relatives, out for the MIL's birthday etc,. generally out and about enjoying the sun and drinking a little too much ;-)

Friday I was about 150c over my target of 1960c but Saturday I actually managed to come in about 50c under my 1960c target! Sunday was a really good DD - had 420c and felt really good for it...

Sunday DD 191.6
Monday UD 190.8

Always expect to see a bounce after my 2UD weekends but quite happy with this, think I'm finally on a roll with it... and I've rediscovered fruit... and cherry tomatoes!!

I love cherry tomatoes. I make a wonderful salad with them. It's my new FAVE!

Cherry tomatoes ( I even pick up some of the orange ones)
cauliflower
snap peas
mozzarella
light balsomic vinigrette

Mix it all together. Serve. I have yet to find someone who doesn't love this light, EASY salad....well except my children. They don't do tomatoes! It's a good DD treat and for an up day, I add chicken to it!

Mmm I like the sound of that!

My Mum has an allotment at the back of her house and I've got Wayne to build some planters for our back garden so next time my Mum comes over she can bring me some tomato plants, peppers etc,. for us to grow I'm really excited about the prospect of growing my own. I love salad... just never think about eating it on a DD - Doh!
