Haha. I understand about the tmi- when I was posting last year it was always about something that I just wouldn't share with RL people, I have been trying to decide when I should weigh on juddd, I don't want to be upset but at the same time I want to see how different days affect me etc....by the way you are absolutely gorgeous!!!

I think I am going to try just once a week - Friday is an UD so Friday morning seems a good as time as any. I'd like to be able to only weigh every other week....

Yesterdays DD went really well, 414c and today (quite surprisingly as I ate a full can of pringles this afternoon!) I've only gone 55c over my 1940c goal

Feeling very fat and bloated for the past couple of days though and my ME is desperately trying to stop me doing 'stuff' the extra hours at work (I'm only wrking 3 extra hours on a Monday and on a friday) are meaning I sleep most of the time when I get home. Not impressed, determined to at least stick it out for the month though but another few weeks if I'm not finding it any easier I will be having a talk with the management and see about reucing my hours again

I start college in September (just doing a night course) doing Make up for Fashion & Photography, I fancy a massive change of career and a chance to be creative & work for myself... we shall see how that goes!

xx

Non Scale Victory No. 1
Today I managed to fasten my UK16 work trousers easier, no breathing in required!

Non Scale Victory No. 2
The swelling in my wrists (Which my Doctors are still trying to find the cause of!) has been visibly reduced!

Determined to have a good DD today and then hopefully weigh in tomorrow will show those numbers going in the right direction.

Got home from work at 2pm with excruciating back pain, took 200mg tramadol which didn't even touch it.. probably not the best idea on an empty stomach!

Anywho... few hours sleep, food, nice hot bath & its starting to ease.

Felt hungry for the first time in ages but managed to come in at 460c

Ok soooooo....

Non Scale Victory No. 3
My skin has cleared up and doesn’t look so ‘dull’

Non Scale Victory No. 4
My trouser legs are starting to feel looser

Non Scale Victory No.5
I’ve not had to use my asthma inhaler for 2 weeks

However even with all this the scale is still not going in the right direction and it read 188.7 at this mornings weigh in, I’m in a quandary as to whether to continue on with these 4:3 rotations or go back to standard rotations. Not losing this week I feel I mostly to do with going 300-400c over my limit last Friday & Saturday so I figure if I keep to my 1958c limit this week on my UD’s I should see a result next week... I hope!

Hope you're feeling better!

I struggled with the weirdness of judd'ing and the scale not moving down consistently...I appear to not be one of the normal ones where this happens... It gets frustrating but I feel like it will work. Which is why I'm going back to it too!

Good luck to W! Crossing my fingers for him.

Monica - Surprisingly it went better than I expected! Ended up with Suit, shirt, tie & trousers for £60 (about $90) and it looks good on him, first time I've seen him in a suit

Had a really good weekend, went over my UD goal on Friday by 100c but kept to it on Saturday and managed only 410c on my DD Sunday so really pleased! Hopefully that will mean a change for the better on the scales on Friday!

He thinks the interview went well yesterday & should get a second interview before the end of the week, he met me from work we had a few drinks at the pub next door and then went home and ordered pizza. Not exactly what I'd planned ended up as an UUAD for sure some 400c over my target!!

Went to bed feeling rubbish, stomach pain and ache all over and have woken up feeling much the same today. Don't think keeping under 500c will be difficult as even the thought of food is making me feel sick. Only 4 and a half hours till I get to go home and crawl back into bed.... I can't wait!

So fed up of being ill and I really don't think the extra hours are helping matters, hopefully once he's working again I can drop my hours back & just do part time. I've got an MRI next Tuesday on my wrists then Physio starts on Wednesday which I'm dreading because any exercise even walking is painful at the moment... but maybe they can give me exercises that can help - fingers crossed!

Sorry for the moan... just feeling that way out today!!! xx

Thanks hun.
I know that once I've lost a significant amount of weight it will help with the pain but right now the tiredness is a joke and I let things slide at home. We have 5 x 8 week old kittens as well as 5 adult cats at the moment and I want to be able to spend time with them and socialise them but all I wanna do is get home and sleep, I know it has an effect on the relationship I have with Wayne also but he is great and very understanding luckily xx

I was at work until 1:30pm got home and did HIT on my eliptical trainer straight away (warm up, 20 seconds full pelt, rest, another 20 seconds full pelt, rest, a final 20 seconds full pelt then cool down) amazing how long 20 seconds can seem!?!

Managed until about 8pm before it all went downhill! My OH was working late so I was home alone and I took myself off to the garage and bought doritos & chocolate and binged to about 1500 calories.. in the grand scheme of things not a major binge but as I was intending it to be a zero calorie day I was utterly appalled at myself!!!

One thing I did do was admit this binge to my OH.. first time ever so definitely progressing somewhere.

Weigh in today.
Down 0.3 lbs & lost 5cms from my waist since last week so very determined now to keep at it & hopefully keep the 'binge monster' at bay!

My next DD is Sunday so hopefully I can keep to zero or there abouts and try another HIT session.

Hi all.... actually feeling very positive today Friday

and Saturday were pretty good UD's I didn't actually count calories (yes, I know I'm naughty!) But I kept to what I knew & kept track in my head.

Sunday I attempted zero cals again but the weather was fab so I spent most of the day outside gardening/weeding so didn't do my HIT and had garlic chicken kievs & salad for dinner so came in at about 450c.

Yesterday again didn't count, I seem to find I'm less willing to grab snacks etc when I'm nnot writing it down so maybe this is working!

I've woken up hungry but think its more stress than really wanting/needing food. I fell down stairs yesterday morning (quite literally bounced all the way down!) And now I'm aching from head to foot & I've also got to take one of my cats to the vets today because he's managed to get something stuck in his paw & its swollen up to twice the size!

I plan to try keep busy today, do a HIT session late afternoon then have homemade lasagne with salad for dinner so again will be about 450 cals.

Sorry I've been MIA girls, my heads all over the place.

Where to start.. ok, Sunday was a DD & my second attempt at zero calories. Lovely weather, the sun was shining & I was sat in the garden with my MIL whilst Wayne tried to get the cat run finished.

A guy came up to the gate & asked if we ran a business from the house (I presumed he'd seen the bikes in the garage & that's what he meant) we said no but he carried on with the questions asking if we'd got permission to build the run I said yeah, spoken to our landlord & didn't need planning permission. Then he started saying he didn't think we'd asked about it & then asked how many cats we had...

Wooooaaahhh.... who the hell are you? He said he was the landlords boyfriend so I told him at this point I didn't know him from Adam & everything had to go through the agency. It really shook me up to be honest & afterwards it made me really angry! I was worried why he'd been snooping round the back of the house to start with!

Needless to say zero calories was not on the cards, came in at just under 600. Not too bad considering!!!

Its been another bank holiday here so I couldn't speak to the agency until Tuesday morning. Jody the girl I deal with said they'd already had a call from the landlord and she was worried because she'd driven past the house seen loads of cats in the window then gone online seen my website for the cat breeding & thought I was running a cattery. Jody made an appointment with me to come & inspect the property on Tuesday. She was impressed at the cat run and how the house was so clean and even with this amount of cats (5 adults & 5 kittens at the moment).

The landlord has asked that we reduce to 1 cat which the agency has told them by law they can't do & also that the tenancy doesn't get extended when it runs out in August. I'm not entirety sure I could deal with another move (we only moved in March) both mentally & physically. Plus I love the house. It was built in the 1800's is on 3 floors and has the original feature fireplaces.

Jody is trying to convince the landlord that we are good tenants & it would be a good idea to change her mind and let the tenancy continue. I've offered to pay an extra deposit in case the cats do any damage - they're animals I can't guarantee they won't! However if they do we'd repair/replace anything that needed to be.

Tuesday's DD amazingly came in under 500 but yesterday ended up as an UUAD...

I weighed in this morning & I'm back to 190.2
Bit upset but determined to keep going with my rotations especially as my health is improving drastically.

I'm still waiting to hear back from Jody, I spoke to her yesterday & she'd sent the landlord 2 emails & left her 2 voicemails but still not heard anything. I'm hoping after her visit Jody has been able to convince them to let us stay.

I do know they've got in trouble for approaching us as they are allowed access to the property but a) it has to be done through the agency as my contract is with them & b) they have to give 24 hours notice. I think he may actually have broken the law by coming round the back on Sunday but all I care about is keeping the house.

Now see why my head is all over the place?
