Worked out that for next Tuesday to be a DD I need tomorrow (Wednesday to be a DD) unfortunately I'm suffering with a really bad stomach upset so not sure I'm actually going to be able to eat today at all hopefully it will get better as the day goes on!

Had a fantastic weekend but as much as I love Wayne's Mum (Pat) all she did was moan.. about EVERYTHING! Wore my down a bit by yesterday morning.

Back at work this morning, glad it's only a half day. I'm the only one in so far so sat here with a cup of tea trying to wake up a little x

Re-start stats:
Weight: 206.8 lbs
Water: 49.9%
Body Fat: 40.5%
Neck: 14 inches
Waist: 37 inches
Hips: 48 inches

Today is a DD my targets according to the JUDDD site are (25% wlm) 2045/511 I'm going to do the first 2 weeks as suggested on the shakes to get back into the swing of things and take it from there.

I'm not going to my weigh in today... I'm hoping I will have something to show for it next week as I will be weighing in after a DD. I'm going to tell the nurse I will only be going every other week from now on - I'm not going to tell her I'm doing JUDDD but as I'm going to visit my Grandad again the week after so wont be able to go that will do for a good enough excuse for starters!

Anyway.... now hae a total of 80 lbs to lose and I want to set myself mini goals so at least I'm close to my target when we go away next July. Means I have 9 months so going to aim for 8lbs lbs loss per month... so my first target for October 31st will be: 198.... yep, there's that bloody number again that I don't ever seem to be able to get below!!!

We actually joked over the weekend about it, I've been dieting since April and I've actually put on about 14lbs since then..... seriousley I'm convinced dieting isn't good for my health!!

Back to the walking tonight too....

I agree with you on that. I do believe if a WOE is too restricted it causes binging. I know many people who start needing to only lose 10 or so and with the stop/regain, it becomes much more. It's hard to swallow that whatever plan a person chooses you have to stick with it. That's why LC never stuck with me. I can do it to LOSE, but then I get to where I want the carbs or such. Way too many foods on the DO NOT EAT List. I do believe I can do JUDDD forever. Truly, nothing is on the do not eat list!

UD today, plans are (so far anyway)
B: 2 x Weetabix, 150ml Orange Juice
L: Tuna on a ciabatta roll
D: Sirloin steak with 2 eggs & chips with garlic mayo
S: Banana yogurt with chocolate flakes

I went to bed last night planning a binge but seeing the drop on the scales this morning has encouraged and motivated me to do this even more

For my lunch I had:
Chicken Tikka Flatbread - 270c
Crunchy Onion Rings - 57c
Leaves me just under 200c for dinner so I'm planning a big leafy salad probably with a little feta cheese So proud of myself for getting through today without snacking!

I managed it, 7:30am - 6pm out of the house yesterday and my DD came in at 657c I'm very proud of myself and have even better stats this morning to show for it -
Weight 199.4 lbs
Water 47.6%

Bit of a bounce to 201.6 this morning but probably because a) I went a bit overboard on Saturday and b) I seriously need a BM!
