Thanks Carol & Marika.
Feeling pretty pleased with myself
Told Wayne to lock away the scales, I'm just gonna trust their reading each week when I go!

Even after no sleep last night I am in such a great mood today, really motivated now and can see this months goal of 198 in sight (I'm at 198.5 as of my weigh in yesterday!) and done my 30km of walking that I targeted myself to do this month too!

I've got enrolment at college tonight for my Make-up course, so excited about getting the kit. Don't even know what's in it yet but will get more details tonight x

Ok well not going to be going to college now, I'm majorly disappointed & very upset. I phoned them earlier in the week to find out how much I'd need to pay today when I enrolled & was told £28 then the rest of the course fee by installments over 10 months...

Yeah.. that wasn't the case. They wanted £98 off me today then either today or tomorrow needed to send off for my kit which is another £130..

Seriously?? So upset/angry 'insert every other emotion you can think of here'

It wouldn't have been so bad if Wayne was working but still a lot to be expected to pay out all at once!

Won't be until next year now Monica, seem financial help is only available to those who don't work! However, I may have found an alternative and am looking into funding at the moment so I'll keep you updated.

Just really messed up with my lunch today, I only usually work until 1.30 on a Tuesday but work asked me to swap so did the half day yesterday and am here till half 5 today. Determined to eat clean because of my weigh in tomorrow and my planned lunch came to around 400 calories.... but oh no.... had to queue too long in the sandwich shop and there were too many temptations so a ham & cheese baguette, salt & vinegar crisps & a chocolate muffin later and I've eaten 1260 calories in one sitting! I can still stay on target today.... as long as I don't have any dinner!!!

Argghhhhhh! Will teach me to swap shifts wont it!

Thanks ladies! Didn't manage a walk last night as Wayne has hurt his back, typical he put it out moving the bike on Saturday and started the new job on Monday... he's been popping pain killers and managing but think by last night it had just got too much.

Think this weekend a lot of chilling out will be on order especially as we're away with his family next weekend which I'm really looking forward to. We're going to London with his mum, both of his brothers and their wives to see his Dads uncle that they've not seen since they were little. The Uncle knows Pat is going (Wayne's Mum) but the rest of us being there is a surprise so I can see it being a messy one!

Exactly Monica, I'm hoping it means I can go back to doing 20 hours again because to be honest the extra hours are killing me!

Fell off the waggon a little bit over the weekend but feel like I'm back on track now x

Sometimes I wish I was the kind of person that could pass the blame but I can't do it, some poster tubes were delivered for a client yesterday and I stood them up against the wall behind the reception desk and said to the temp that if the client hadn't collected them by close we'd have to put them in the back office overnight to keep them safe. During the course of the afternoon another client came to reception with rubbish that hadn't been collected from their office the previous evening and the temp put that rubbish behind Reception....

.. you can guess what happened can't you?

I forgot all about the poster tubes, as there is a temp here I've not been on Reception but at a desk in the office opposite. The cleaners took the rubbish AND the poster tubes which I've now found out were worth around £500!!

The big bins get emptied by the council each morning, so no chance of retrieving them and of course it's all my fault. As much as I want to say 'well I asked the temp to put them in the back' overall it was my responsibility!!

I've had the 'are you doing too many hours' convo with my boss and I'm hoping because I have been honest and I'm not trying to wriggle out of it that's the only consequence. Now it's getting colder/darker on the mornings I'm more than happy to change and do the afternoons and not the 2 full days but I wanted it to be my choice.

Think I'll have a talk with Wayne about it tonight and see what he thinks. I can't lose this job, I think because of my constant sick days over the course of the past few years no one else would employ me!

This is all after managing to lose my train ticket this morning and being stopped by a revenue officer who took all my details, wouldn't let me repay the £3 fare and said the rail company will write to me and I'd likely have to pay an £80 fine...

I will be glad to get home today.... and as cr*p as I'm feeling I WILL NOT BINGE!!!

What a rough day you had! I'm so sorry Gina! Why are there days when it seems like just everything goes wrong all at once? Today will be better! Keep your head up!

So today is a planned DD (Yes I am venturing back into the wonderful world of JUDDD) We're going away tomorrow night and wont be back until Monday so Tuesday will be another DD and hopefully I'll be brave enough to go to my weigh in next Wednesday.

The plan is this (to work it so that Tuesday is always a DD)
Monday - MD: 1500c
Tuesday - DD: 500c
Wednesday - UD: 2000c
Thursday - DD: 500c
Friday - UD: 2000c
Saturday - DD: 500c
Sunday - UD: 2000c

I figure if we have plans for the Friday or Saturday I can swap around a little as long as I don't have 2 UD's together as I did before....

Let's see if this will work, it works out a lower calorie intake than my 1600 calories a day that I am doing at the moment so there's definitely hope x
