Up down Up down. I really wanted to lose 10 pounds this month but doesn't look like that will happen. Although I haven't went off plan I have been eating 1/4 cup of nuts and eating almond flour muffins. This will need to stop. Need to get motivated to start walking.

When I got home last night I ate 2 more hamburger patties and had a diet orange soda with heavy cream. Sooo good. The calorie intake for yesterday was obscene. W 236.8. I had 1 boiled egg before I left work. Went to yet another interview. Seemed to go well but I bombed one question. Ya always think of good answers after the fact. Oh well. I like my present job but would like to be home earlier. My age is showing. LOL They will make a decision on Monday

Calories don't matter, yet! Focus on eating loads of fat... That's what keeps you full. Watch out for diet orange soda! I can't remember if it crush or sunkist, but one of them puts sugar in their diet!

Think I have figured out the fluctuation. Maltodextrin. Need to read labels better. I believe this is the culprit

236.6 this morning. I have been so hungry. Last night when I got off work I was so hungry I could've ripped someones face off. Instead I stopped at Sonic. Not getting home til 9 PM I do not want to cook. Anyway I ate a chili cheese dog, Large fry, med. onion ring and half of a cheeseburger. Jeez. That meal alone was 149 carbs. Ouch! I need to do better preparing things ahead. I am real particular about eating food that is not fresh. This morning I got up at 7 A.M. and had 2 cups of tea, cleaned the kitchen, boiled some eggs, cooked 3 hamburger patties, and made a hamburger/green bean concoction all fried together with some onion powder, garlic, seasoned salt and pepper. It was pretty good just had a sample. I think next time I will actually cut up an onion and put it in there. Maybe tomorrow I will get up an bbq some italian sausage weather permitting.

I usually eat two foot long hot dogs with cheese and no buns. =) It's not hard to do. UP YOUR FAT = not hungry. =D

Down to 233 again. This is week 7 so that means an average of 2 pounds a week. Guess I can't complain about that. I did have 3 off plan challenges but thats ok.

232.2 this morning. That is good. I found some salt/pepper pork skins this morning at wal-mart and they are so good. I am going to go back tonight and buy what's left. Not sure if they are new. Only a dollar a bag. I have been getting up every morning at 7 A.M all week. I work til 8 P.M. and don't get home til 9. I usually don't want to do much when I get home. Getting up earlier helps because I can get some things done before I go to work.

237.6 What in the Hell? I was sick Saturday and stayed in bed most of the day. I did not eat anything out of the ordinary. Ok I am hoping it is all that sodium intake. Just looked back and I ate bacon and eggs fir breakfast and had 5 all beef hotdogs between lunch and dinner. Yesterday and today I ate 5 italian sausage. Well cripes No wonder.

When I'm in a real pinch and out and about, I get KFC grilled chicken...it's very good and doesn't throw me off plan. I've also brought a low carb flatbread (4 carbs) in my purse one time I went out with my dad to dinner...

I believe I have lost my favorite friend. Food. I re-started low carb 3/4/2013. I love food and love to enjoy my food. These days I eat but I am not really enjoying my food. I eat because I am hungry. I don't feel any pleasure. Do you think aLL the carbs and sugar give you a kind of high. This is TMI if anyone else is reading this. Food used to be almost as good as sex. Now neither really do anything for me. The good news is sugars are doing really well and the weight is comong off slowly but surely. Have a diabetes check on Monday. We will see what the outcome is.

A bit of good news. Since December I have lost 22 pounds. I knew I was up in December but didn't realize I was 252 per doctors visit. I am now 230.2. A1C was at 9 and is now down to 6.5.

Down to 228 this morning. Having problems on the home front. I suck at relationships and should know better to get in one. Guaranteed it won't happen again. Used to when I am stressed I would eat the kitchen sink. Now I am just the opposite. I haven't been eating very much. Yesterday I had 1 hamburger patty wrapped in lettuce a few cucumber slices, a piece of cheese and a few sunflower seeds and thats it.

Finally got the call back from doctor about labs. I knew the A1c results because I read her notes. She wants to lower the Lantus but I would still like to keep it at 35 units before bed. My morning fasting numbers have always been higher. I will be more diligent on checking in the morning. I had been checking later in the day or before bed. She doesn't really want my A1c that much lower but I would really like to get it down to 5 if possible. I am going to have to get my BS 101 book out and read some of it again. Less medicine would mean less expense.
