I get knocked down but i get up again
Hi guys, i'm Mo from Egypt :shake:, i'm 22 years old, i've always been fat as a kid and a teen, that's me when i was 14 years old or something i was a pregnant kid, i was shocked when i found this pic lately...

And i kept this shape until i was 19 although i grew taller so i looked a little bit less fat.
Needless to tell you, how this has affected me throughout my life, until i decided to change, i stuck to a very low calorie regime that i made by myself and kept walking, and walking everyday, eventually i lost 55lbs in around 2months :jumpjoy: ,It was life changing people couldn't believe that was me except for my full cheeks that i kept.

i managed to maintain my weight one way or another for 2 years while eating pretty much normal, util last year it was a bad one for me i put on 20lbs :sad:, i really don't look much different i mean i can feel i'm alot heavier but it doesn't really affect my appearance, but i just can't get back to being fat, so i found this forum and i'm starting a low carb diet TODAY...
i'm around 195lbs my goal is to reach 155lbs which is a little bit low for my height but i've always wanted to get there..

Thanks a lot Magie, i appreciate that. :)

as for today i'm drinking lots of water, and hoping for a good start without carbs.

Breakfast- i had two hard boiled eggs and coffee.

Lunch- 2 small beef steaks fried with a small slice of butter.

as for dinner i plan on eating tuna with mayonnaise and keep drinking water as usual.
