Started adkins two weeks ago. 230 starting weight, 214.8 this morning. That's 15.2 in just two weeks. Ill take it. Energy is low, I think I'm just adjusting. Ketosis in purple. Gonna add 5hr energy to see if it helps and increase water this week. Carbs are under 15g per day. Down to one diet coke in the morning. Hoping for at least 3lbs this week... if energy improved ill hit the gym... would like to start p90x on April 1 but need more energy to to it......
