I am delighted to find out that I could get a copy of the callanetics book online for only $5 and it should be here tomorrow. Those exercises have got some pretty amazing results here when combined with LC.

I also have filled the biscuit(cookie) tin with a recipe off the recipe page here.

Coconut Macaroon Kisses - LowCarbFriends Recipes

Dr Robert Atkins, diet revolution 1972.There is a sub heading about 'high calorie way to be skinny forever ' or something like that.Latest publication reprint date is about 1990.
1992 he wrote the first 'upgrade' I think.
Not _new_ diet revolution that is the next one.

um.I can not even believe how much I went off plan.Went to a friends place for a coffee. They have a new spa pool so decided to stay for a spa.
They had pizza but are supportive friends so shouted me some chicken tenders so I could stay on plan and got out some grated cheese for my garnish so far ,so good.

Then I had a wine,then another wine,then more wine,then I stopped checking who was filling my wine,then some pizza topping,then a slice...had a great spa(I think)
I vaguely remember staggering the 10 houses home but man was I ill.Sick 10 times that night and the next morning.
The weird bit?Lunchtime the next day I was so far in ketosis it was nearly black on the ketostix and whoosh, lost the stall that has been bugging me.
Colour me confused.

I am now back to trace.

Well yay for getting past your stall, even though getting sick that much was not awesome!

I read an article yesterday about leptin sensitivity and how a carb binge can get some people over a prolonged stall.

What would your typical days menu look like?

Just curious to see what others are eating

lilbeetle, I read that as well. I actually incorporated that into my plan and so far it's worked really well for me. Not wine, but other things.
