Hello internet peeps! If you look through my post history I have been low carb before with great results. However...
Life happened. I got divorced, found a new love, moved, went to school, stopped going to school.. yeah. Now I weigh more than I have since 2003. Oops.
I KNOW this works, I KNOW I can do it. I don't want to get into summer being this big, I'm uncomfortable, I think about my weight ALL THE FREAKING TIME.
I'm starting this journal to log food, my daily weight, and all my fun day to day stuff. :)
Another day here. yesterday was OK, but I am not giving up.
food for today:
B- chicken ceasar salald
L- curry turkey soup
D- left over steak salad with blue cheese dressing
