On my way to Happiness once again!
 
Hi everyone. Back to the salt mine! I've done this before~lost 50 pounds~and I'll do it again!! I've tried all sorts of things the past 8 years to no avail. I KNOW this WOE is for me. ♥ Day #1 was a success! All '72 version foodies. ♥ Here's wishing everyone else keeps up the good work. :clap:

Thank you! Today is day #2 and so far, so good! ACV first!, then 2 eggs, peppers, spinach, mozzarella cheese, fried in butter. Tea, no sweetener. :)

Here I am 10 days later and feeling just great! So glad I posted this since I didn't record my restart date anywhere. This is so worth it! This time I'm not looking for a way to get any sweet junk in, low carb or not. Much easier on my body. I can go hours without food now where 10 days ago, I was ravenously hungry soon after I ate! Here's to wish everyone great success! :) I also quit all dairy products on the 9th.

My breakfast too, except for spicier sausage.
I hadn't done the breakfast meats yet, but needed a bit more fat after quite a bit of fish.
I am a bit behind you in days, but with you in commitment.

Hi Bella. I'm so happy to hear of your commitment to this WOE! I can not go back to the old junk food way of eating because of health issues. I'm in for the long haul. I feel like a new person already. I'm hoping the very same for you! (and others on board also) :)

Normal size pork chop, 1/6th head of cabbage fried in bacon fat and ghee, 2-3 oz. red wine
Tonight will be normal portion beef roast and 1 cup or so of broccoli fried in the beef fat, 2-3 oz. red wine
If hungry later on, 1 egg fried in some kind of fat
Weak tea throughout the day :)

roast beef, brussels sprouts, cooked tomato, and red wine
Dinner will be pork chop, broccoli, and red wine ;)
Fried egg later on if I am hungry
Weak tea throughout the day
I also have lemon water, apple cider vinegar water, fry some things in some olive oil, ghee, and coconut oil...whatever suits my fancy.

I love your attitude! Sometimes its so hard to remember that everybody's body fluctuates normally and we can't always expect the scale to go down everyday. You take it in stride and that's awesome!
