Lets do this!
Wow! what a journey. I am restarting. I lost over 80 pounds in less than a year eating the low carb way. I got stressed and did the I am only going to eat this this one time. Well one time turned into many times. Everything was going good and then one morning, I woke up and it all came back with a vengeance. So I am going back to it with same vengeance. Restarted on Tuesday at 247. this morning I am 243. I am starting slow. I am concentrating on the diet, and weigh in challenge ... i got to get a some exercise in I believe I will do either the elliptical machine 30 min a day and or the treadmill 45 min a day. i will switch it up. And I mean at least 5 times a week not everyday. But that is all I am committing to right now. My goal 10 pounds in 3 weeks. I am sure I will exceed that but I want this to be a positive journey. I am still a little over the 50 carbs I am trying to stay under, but I am going to be all over it Monday. I did good today but had a little more carb comfort ice cream than i should. I feel so much better just with the 5 pounds i have already lost.

This morning I weigh in at 240.6 ... yea. I am going down. I am almost at my mini goal and it has not been a week yet. The WOE is the bomb. I had egg, turkey sausage, cheese on a low carb tortilla and coffee this is my normal breakfast. I had a protein bar for snack . Hardees code sandwich low carb (wrapped in lettuce rather than bread), coke zero for lunch and a protein bar for snack. I am going to have Buffalo wings and veg for dinner.

I will journal my weight tomorrow.
Lets make it a great LOW CARB day!
