I did all my research online for quite awhile before i decided to do it...if you google johnson up day down day diet you will get to that site...I also read lots of here....they are very helpful on here and informative

I did find the calculator finally lol!! I would be UD 2111 and DD 422..... I may starve on the DD if I ever do this diet!! And my sister in a lot smaller then me lord help her!! She wont be eating anything at all hahahaha!!

Not feeling so hot again today....just cant do mexican food as good as I used too and i am sooooo tired....

D; low cal soup and some crackers

Have a happy day...wooohooo 1 more day and I am on spring break from this job..yippeeee

I am in a mood today and not sure why...

I just want to cry about everything...

Ray texted me after he got off this morning from a 12 hr shift and I bit his head off, which I NEVER do....

I am not happy with my job...I dont feel like I am making a difference with my students anymore, but am busy policing them and taking care of disclipline issues....its sad we have came to that

I am stressed finanically, even with working 2 jobs

I am trying to decide if/when/how Ray and I will get us a place we can live together and be 1/2 way between both our jobs

I am very sad missing my son when he is with his dad

I am sad that i have an uncle dying of cancer, who my mom is taking care of 100% and I dont see

I am sad that for almost 2 yrs now, I have been seperated from a man, that is in another state but wont come back here so we can get a divorce and decide what to do with our home

I am stressed that I cannot even imagine packing all my stuff and moving

I am stressed that my contract to teach summer school has not came through yet

I feel dehydrated

hmmm thats a long ramble lol

Recipe i saw on youtube i wanna try

light choc muscle milk...gluc or gelatin...ice....blend...like a malt

i think i might try an adkins shake, some malt powder, gluc and ice and see how many cals that is...1 yablespoon malted milk power is 30 cals

happy sunday all...brrrrrr winter is still here with cold and about 5 inches or so of snow....blech come on spring.....

last night was great date night and i was so full from dinner that i skipped the popcorn at the movies....i decided many times i used to get popcorn not out of hunger, but out of habit....i am breaking those habits

today is a down day and no idea what is on the menu...ray is making himself breakfast and i sure can smell sausage cooking yum......i wont eat until dinner and then probably have a frozen diet dinner

meals yesterday:

B;none
L: frozen diet dinner with 1 slice wheat bread/butter...379 cals
D; buffalo wild wings...shared an appetizer....375 appetizer/1050 meal...total 1425 YIKES
S; skinny cow ice cream cone......150 cals


total for day...1954..wowsers....still hit under my cals and thats some good meals and close enough

Doing laundry and cleaning today...fun fun..snow is still coming down...not sure how much we have, but down at rays house they got over a ft

We got out and took lj to work and will go soon and pick him up...also stopped and got ray some chicken to make for dinner and we picked up an Easter lily for dining room centerpiece

I made Ray a blueberry pie awhile ago...didnt bother me a bit as i dont like blueberries

so far food has been 100 cal pack of cookie thins

hope everyone is having a great day...1 more day of work for me then spring break.....wooohooo

I am loving this woe and so wish I would of started earlier....but thats ok cause here I am now....

Four pounds is great! I'm so glad you've joined the JUDDD bandwagon, and your sis too! You're a JUDDD ambassador. My mom has been doing it for about 3 weeks now and is liking it just fine. She doesn't have a scale, so weighs as my house every week or so. Wednesday's her big day, so we shall see how she's doing!

Sorry I missed your post over the long weekend we were getting snow here in MD as well. Got a snow day out of it for me and the kiddos!!!

I am sorry you were feeling so down, you have a lot going on. Try to look at the positives in life and think if god brought you to it he will get you through it. Hang in there friend!!

As for the diet you are rocking and rolling keep it up! If I dont start to see better results I will be joining you sooner rather than later. Still only down 12 lbs.... and I am starting week 4.
