Here at work, I am also staying out of the office...since it is conferences week and we r here late we bring in food for dinner and snacks...food galore until friday...i still have to bring in a dessert and of course on my dd....think i will buy something premade and not worry about tempation while baking.....one day at a time...one day at a time

I am ready to crawl in my warm bed and watch some TV

Ended the day with 100 cals total...had water, diet coke and then ended with 16oz V8 juice....I will take this day

Made some crab salad to have for tomorrow and I am oh so ready <3

grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr one of the parents at work brought me in banana muffins and peanut clusters.....I am saving them for tomorrow...BUT after I have a muffin for breakfast and 2 clusters for dessert, I am giving them away...I know me and even if it is an up day, I could eat the whole pan.....ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

also staying out of the office, it is food day for the rest of the week and all kinds of food and snacks will be everywhere for parent teacher conferences....I am so staying away...I am an addict and dont want to blow it

Hi all...nice to see everyone

I am ready for my UD,,,,going to stay out of the office though, just walked through and there is a ton of food in there...I know that will get me in trouble even on an UD

B; 2 slices toast with butter and peanut butter
L; crab salad and crackers
D; not sure
S; banana muffin and 2 peanut cluters that were brought to me, then giving the rest away

I have given up my treats and am staying out of the office....It is my UD, but i am an addict and I know I could eat wayyyyyy over my cals with food like this.....I still know that about me, so staying away is best....I brought in some toast for breakfast and a yummy crab salad I made for lunch

Have a greatttttt day....busy busy for me, book fair and then Ljs conferences tonight then back to book fair

I just walked through the office, were people were grazing at the sweets, nachos, etc...I told myself "Through the lips, means to the hips" and kept on walking...I think I am going to have a lean cuisine pizza for lunch and sav cals for dinner

B; 2 slices toast with peanut butter and butter
S; 1 cookie and 2 peanut clusters

D; crab dip on pita crackers....3 hershey kisses
S; granola bar

Busy busy with work and book fair and a reading assembly today..

I am on key, it is a down day and I dont even care about all the food and goodies that are here in the school..I made cheese queso drip, dropped it in the office and left

Going to fast until dinner and then something light....

Today has been a total fast day..0 calories

I was fasting til dinner, but just got home from work at 8 and too late to eat now..will wait til tomorrow

EXHAUSTED...worked my new 2nd job today from 330-1145 after i got off at school...I am pooped...have to be back in the morning at 930, so will see Ray about 10 mins before he goes to bed after work, then I am off to work...this 2nd job stuff is for the birds....It was an up day and yep I ate up...

L; maid rite sandwich and small fries
S; med malt from DQ
D; mcdouble from Mc D's


off to clean and do a little laundry real quick........930 comes in about 9 hours..whew

ugghhh what a weekend.....busy busy and tired tired...went to bed last night at 630 and we skipped date night..figured i worked 63 hrs this week

today was a good day....good nap....good date...good movie....good food and good move on the scale

I hoped on the scale just for fun and it said 241...will weight tues morn after my down day tomorrow to make sure it sticks

Food today...up day

B; 2 slices toast, 2 eggs, 3 slices turkey bacon
L; none
S; kiddie popcorn at movies
D; 3 slices pizza

Ughhh back to both jobs tomorrow...am saying a job prayer for ray tomorrow, he is applying for a job here in our town and oh that would help us so much if he was in the same town working and not commuting

Hi all...sorry i have been mia a few days, but have been so beat from working,,,,worked 63 hrs last week and whew it caught up with me yesterday..then was up til 430 am this morning...grrrrrr

I did happen to weigh yesterday and was down 6 pds for this week...thats 13 pds in 2 weeks...I will weigh again in the morn and hope it sticks...someone at work asked me how much i had lost as she could tell...:0)

Today is a fasting day, which is good as i am too busy to eat anyways...work both jobs today and tonight

Had a great DD,,,,,,worked at both jobs so got in 13 hrs...fasted until dinner and then had 16 ozs V-8 juice for a total of 100 cals today...bring on UD tomorrow...

change of plans for dinner....had a pot pie from kfc and some tater tots....odd combo i know...1440 cals...YIKes...total for day....2150 cals...wowsers,,cut that close, my UD number is 2209.....

Not feeling well today at all...started feeling bad after i ate the chicken last night....Couldnt find a sub for today so here i am with my diet 7up and trekking right along...have 2nd job today also...today is a down day, so wont be any problem with that with the way i feel...food does not even sound good...

Tomorrow for my up day lj and i have a dinner date at our fav mexican restaurant...i always eat too much there, so wont eat all day and save my cals for then

Ok, classes coming soon, this is my busy day at work, 7 classes almost back to back...blech...have a great day all

You are doing so good.... I have been meaning to ask you on your DD how hard is it to eat little to nothing. I think about that and I'm like there is no way I could make it all day with little to nothing to eat.

It isnt really hard after the 1st or 2nd down day.....you just keep reminding yourself that the next day you get to eat, and eat well and that helps me get through it...anything is possible for 24 hrs and the days go fast since i am soooooo busy...i have fasted before for religious reasons, so for some reason fasting isnt hard for me...when i did lc i also had to keep my cals low...good thing is now, they are still low every other day but i can have whatever i want to hit those cals...thanks for asking

I am still trying to get used to this site. I have not been doing much posting here. Don't even know if I have a journal on this one or not?

I know that I was on here when I was doing WW awhile back.

I posted in the newbies thread for JUDDD with some questions and I also posted on FB for CactusRose/Barbara, she is also doing JUDDD and has done very well.

I know that I am sick of LC foods this time. I am back at it less than 3 months and really tired of all of it. Time for a change?

How are you feeling? You still at 2nd job?

Tonight I have a dinner date with my son, at our fav mexican restaurant so i am fasting until then....I know i will use up all my daily cals at that place and i cannot wait..I am off from 2nd job tonight, so this will be an extra special treat for us

So me and my sister are both doing low carbs together and she hasn't been losing the weight like she wants to. I told her about the diet you are doing. She fasts now when she gets stuck in a rut so I think she would do good with it. Did you get the book or did you do all your research online for the calories and stuff? Shes gonna stick out the low carbs for a little longer just to give it some time. But I have a feeling she may want to switch over eventually.
