last night ending up being crazy with some issues and I had a change of meal plans and ended up eating at Subway....so this ended up being my day

B:none
Am snack: serving almonds
L; serving turkey pepperoni, 2 slices cheese, 5 strawberries...and wow they were good
D; 6 inch subway club and bag of baked chips

Will have to get my numbers when I get home, as I dont have my sausage nutrition here with me at work and wasnt near my computer last night

My life is getting better a little..at least with my son...Still trying to figure out what I am going to do financially and figuring out next step with my divorce and my house

Today is my down day, and am having a slim fast shake for lunch if I need it.....not sure what my dinner will be

Have a happy day

So sorry to hear about your divorce, financial and house problems Stacy. I pray things start looking up for you. One day at a time is the only way to go and I am sure with time it will heal all things going on in you life. Have a nice Wednesday lady.

They are kind of hard to find...I found them at one of my walmarts, but not at the other,,,,they were also a little more expensive than the regular ones...they say high protein on them and are 20 g protein, 2 net carns and 180 cals..I am liking them so far...

Re-do from Thurs march 7th

Doc called a bit ago and said labs came back and my thyroid is still off and they are increasing my meds again...this is my 3rd increase since mid jan...hopefully they can get this right so I can lose properly...also cholesterol is still high, but we need to get thyroid in synch before we worry about that

I had my menu done for today, but my juddd pals reminded me that my cals are way to low for an up day so I am tweaking it...this is so hard for me to hard and such a hard mindset to be in, but i want to do it correctly for a good 2 weeks and see how i did...this is what i have had so far

B; 3/4 cup fiber cinnamon cereal...110 cals...21 carbs
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk...15 cals...0 carbs

S; 2 sf chocolates...180 cals....17 carbs
serving of bbq almonds...170 cals....2 carbs

L; package thin chicken lunch meat...90 cals...2 carbs
2 slices colby cheese.....160 cals...0 carbs
5 strawberries with 1 splenda.....28 cals....5 carbs
1/2 cup yogurt ( blech didnt like it).....50 cals....9 carbs
5 saltine crackers....60 cals.....10 carbs

so dinner will be sausage and eggs and cheese and butter to get cals up, but keep carbs down

have a happy day all

That's what I found hard about trying to eat lc while JUDDDing... the calories are always fairly low when lc'ing so trying to eat up to UD numbers...sheesh...it's hard work! LOL But yep, it is very important to eat up those UD cals because on DD's your body will be lookin for them..

Nothing ever constant except change right!! lol

You are doing well!! Sorry to hear about your struggles with thyroid problems. I know it has to be hard. After having my 2nd child I found a huge mass on my thyroid and was first told due to the size to just have it removed. I did a lot of research on it and was very scared of what my future would hold being on meds forever and dealing with the side effects from not having a thyroid. But I went for a second opinion and they said no way it was just below the size to remove it and they are common after pregnancy. We would monitor it and go from there. It eventually went away THANK GOODNESS!!

How do you calculate how many calories you can eat on the UD??? I was reading into the JUDD but didn't see anything about how many calories you could have on your UD??? Just curious.

Good morning all and Happy Saturday...woohoooo its date night and Ray is here....weekends dont come fast enough for him to get here...with all the yuck going on in my life, he is my joy...hoping I see Lj this weekend also, that would complete it

It is a cold, dark rainy day here and we slept in so its 11 and I have not eaten yet and am just getting around...

I have planned this so far:

B; missed
L; 2 eggs scrambled with 1 slice cheese and 2 ounces sausage with 1 slice toast with peanut butter...510 cals
D; At Applebees....bourbon street chicken and shrimp,...610 cals

Movies....100 cal bag popcorn ( take my own)

Also about 2am I had 2 sf candies...grrrrrr hate when i do that....160 cals

So far that is 1380 and leaves me some wiggle room for dinner....

Still trying to wrap my mind around the fact of these cals and carbs..I am sooooooooooo praying this woe is working.....

Have a great successful day

Ughhhh little change already...went to measure my sausage and my scales would not come on..guess the batteries are down and they take big round ones that look like hearing aid batteries....will have to get some later....hope the rest of my day is better....so i skipped the sausage and used 8 turkey pepperoni slices in my eggs instead

i now have more wiggle room for dinner...a gf suggested dessert for dinner..heck yes I can do that...might have an appetizer with Ray so we will see

ohhhhhhh i so hope this is working, i am not hungry today and am forcing myself to eat and hit my up day calories...i dont like that feeling, but know the science behind it does work for many...please please please let me be one

I found the spaghetti squash after going to 3 stores....

I also went to aldis and found some kerry gold cheese i have been reading about...if we like it, i will go get more as it is only here a short bit

I have the squash in the oven now baking with some spray 0 cal butter and some salt free spices....after it is done and shredded, i will saute it in a pan with some more butter spray, garlic powder and then sprinkle with parm cheese...will be the great ending to a low cal day

Not sure yet what the exact big deal is about the cheese but it comes from ireland, and is supposed to be very good due to the type of milk used...i know lots on lc swear by kerrygold butter but i have yet to find it....i will be excited tomorrow or soon on a up day to the cheese and see what the fuss is

SO..... how was the squash... I have used it once for spaghetti and it wasn't horrid but I didn't cook it long enough so it had a crunch to it that I wasn't fond of. I will try it again if you tell me you love it

PS I love aldis.... you can't beat the prices there!!

I am glad you got out to the movies I dont do it often and when I do it feels like such a treat. I hope it was for you as well.

Enjoy your day and keep up the good work!!
