I read comments I will correct pancakes and I will have them with strawberries
I added a couple of heaping tablespoons of ground flax seed meal and about 1 tsp baking powder to this recipe. I find it tastes more like real pancakes and definately less eggy. Flax seeds are so high in fibre that it doesn't add much if anything to the carb count.

I try healthy. It can not be healthy if it is not delicious because my body needs to produce saliva and if it is not delicious

I'm going to refer to you as "Gladdy" if you don't mind! It seems you eat very little - how do you manage that? I can go all day without eating but then at night I'm like a eating fool just looking for anything to put in my mouth! And they aren't good choices either!

How much weight have you lost since you started low-carbing? I started at 176 pounds, got down to 145 for a very short time, maintained 148-150 pounds for several months but now I'm at 157 pounds and seriously SAD about that!!!!

All the blame goes to my BAD choices, so I have to get back on the low carb horse and take a serious ride.

Can I ask - what is quark? And I love it when I read: aubergine instead of eggplant - it makes me think of the beautiful color of the veggie instead of the veggie itself .... aubergine .... it just rolls off the tongue ...
aubergine ..... sorry, I can be kind of silly ...

Oh! My goodness! I forgot to say how much I LOVE your avatar! Are they poppies?

Hi Garden
I thank you for your visit. You are welcome.
I will try to reply as best as I can.
1. I like Gladdy, thanks
2. My avatar is from a border France and Switzerland, yes there are poppies.
3. Quark is cottage cheese without whey. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quark_%28dairy_product%29
4. Aubergine or eggplant, it is a British word for eggplant.
5. I think I eat a lot, three times a day + enjoy cocoa (unsweetened soya milk + cocoa) for afternoon tea sometimes.
6. I did not lost a lot of my weight I do not want to loose my weight fast because I have an experience of losing a lot of weight fast and I was not ok. I had an urge to overeat myself. I have now 138 pounds, I am 5'5 high, regarding my body, I have fat on my belly and thighs, which are symptoms that something is wrong. I want to eat by healthy style.
7. I think you will be ok, do not be sad regarding your weight. If I am sad I can not lose weight.
It is helpful to recognise that you overeat yourself. Do you hate me? Yes, I know it. But I am sorry there is not another help.
Much love
Gladiator

Gladdy - You are doing a great job of staying healthy! 138 pounds and 5'5" is something to be proud of! I haven't seen that number on the scale in years!
I will try to be healthy like you and be a better person for it !

Be proud of yourself !!!!

Thanks, Garden

But I made changes today. I had sausages which I needed to eat and I want to do brullee. I should not start to use sweeteners. It makes me craving for sweet food.

so there were not muffin or koftas

tomorrow
1. blueberries muffin
2. greek salad
3. koftas with spinach

Rained all day, now I'm ready to see some sun again! I don't think I would like as much rainy days as you may have in the UK ! I get depressed when the sun does not shine down on me ! Have a great day!

Because of weather in the UK I have to be careful regarding my food, but I do my meditation and I take D vitamin.

Btw, it is fine to have another Gladiator (you), who fights in the ring where we learn to eat healthy food.
