I like your menus!

What is a gem salad?

I hope it will help that I bought Dulcoease and tomorrow maybe more carbs but it is reasonable.
I found drinking lots of water can easily solve that problem. You can also try taking magnesium. So far, it sounds like you're on the right track, and your food choices sounds Thanks for dropping by my journal.

Sounds you like cheesecake. Me too.
What's your recipe?
What about the bread you mentioned?
I am not evaluating your diet, just curious.
I like blueberries, too. My fav fruit.

Hi Bella
I am sorry I can not give you my recipes because they are always originals.
I do not use a scale. But I thank you for visiting my thread. Do not be shy and evaluate!

Cheesecake unbaked - Mix gelatin dissolved in water, quark, blueberries, It needs to be well blended and wait for next day

Baked cheesecake - Mix quark, 3 eggs, lemon juice, baking powder and poor in a dish, which is greased by butter and with sprinkling flax meal. Bake 1 hour.

Bread - I did a yeast dough but I did not use normal flower but flax meal. Yeast, soya milk, egg, olive oil, salt, flax meal, I left for 2 hours, after I made small "pancakes" which I baked in oven.
