Day one of what will hopefully be the year my willpower finally kicks in....and I finally lose this albatross of extra weight I am carrying. This has been a painful year after losing my beloved father to a massive stroke and I finally feel emotionally ready to begin a plan......so here goes
Starting weight. 188.4
Day 1. Chilli bowl. Am. With water/chicken wrap lunch/ didn't feel hungry. Pm.
Day 2. Deviled eggs/water/ham and cheese rollups/Orange peppers. Dinner/chicken breast sauteed peppers/deviled egg. Tons of h20.
Pm weight. 188.0
I'm surprised to see my appetite leave so soon in the diet. My meals will definitely get more creative next week. I just like to start simple during the first few days for some reason.....anyways it's late and my family will awaken in about 7 hours. So I need to sleep. Insomnia has always been a problem for me.:)
