I have had it ... yes I have. I hate carrying this weight around and I hate looking at myself in the mirror. I am quite heavy and terribly out of shape. But the good news is I can finally do callanetics is full. I am sore terribly but atleast can do the exercises and love it. Very zen like, and I love exercises like these. So I have started this journal to log in my exercises and update my measurements. I prefer measuring myself then weighing myself.
So the plan is to walk 15 mins a day and increase it as and when I can. And do one quick callanetics session everyday. So its hips. stomach and legs (in that order). I start from tomorrow and I need all the support that I can.
My current measurements are:
Left Bicep: 12"
Right Bicep: 12.5"
Left Forearm: 10"
Left Thigh: 23.5"
Right Thigh: 24"
Left Calf: 16"
My Aim is A Victoria Secret Size 4/6: somewhere between
Bust (in.) 34.5 35.5
Waist (in.) 26 27
Hip (in.) 36.5 37.5
Thigh (in.) 21.5 22
Not Sure how long its going to take my wish me luck!!!
Since I am getting into a whole new lifestyle change and I want it to be lasting, I will be changing my diet slowly. For starters its the Journal and exercising.
