You have been an amazing support as well. I really think we should be getting some before and during pics from you my dear!

Did you ever think weight loss could be this painless and fun to boot? The juddd buds are just like amazing icing on the cake that I get to have and eat too, on juddd.

Carly you have done amazing! You said you were able to keep your DDs under 200. You mentioned you wrote in your journal tips on how to do that, I am just starting on this site and I'm not sure how to check your journal. Could you post a few tips? Thanks for any info!

These were some of the ways I kept my DDs under 200 calorie.
1. Fast as long as possible. Just tea with Splenda or water with a bit of lemon juice all day.

2. If I needed a little something during the day I would have a 10 calorie mug of broth or 2-3 oz of celery with 0 calorie walden farms dressing as dip.

3. I gave up coffee on UD since I couldn't justify spending calories on half and half.

4. I just had a bed time snack on DDs and that was usually:
3 Kim's Deli pops= 30 cal
1 laughing cow light wedge= 35
.5 oz turkey pepperoni= 35

Total 100 calories. I occasionally had a few ounces of sliced cucumber or a few ounces of celery as well.

I found if I ate early in the day it just woke up the hungry monster.

Other low cal items I keep on hand are:
Roast nori
Pickles
PB2
Magic pops
Lettuce
80 calorie light and fit yogurt
Fat free plain Greek yogurt

Tomorrow I will post some helpful links.

This tread is really helpful for low calorie choices.

A beautiful vacation is ending in Siesta Key Florida, but I will return home perhaps a pound or 2 up, perhaps not since the JUDDD magic is with me even though I did not rotate on this glorious vacation, and if an old discarded pound or 2 found it's way back I will joyfully evict it with JUDDD.

JUDDD is so easy to get back to. I never dread a DD and that's all it takes to get back on plan. It doesn't get better than that

It's all about the angle where my upper arms come into play. I know I'm super-self- conscious about them and that others probably don't focus on them the way I do.

I really want to feel comfortable in sleeveless this summer so my July 4th challenge is to lose an inch in each arm through toning

I have recently been reflecting how JUDDD and my weight loss has transformed my life.

Physically:
I've gone from chronically fatigued to fairly energetic.
My A1C has gone from 9.8 to 5.6
I'm no longer on my diabetic injection... No diabetic medication at all.
I can walk up a few flights of stairs carrying packages without batting and eyelash.
I have gone from wearing a size 20 to a 4P (and a few 2Ps)

Emotionally:
I am more out going.
I am more confident.
I am more bubbly.
I am not ashamed of my appearance.
I do not feel humiliated due to my size.
I take chances and seize opportunities that I never would have had the courage to consider when I was obese.
JUDDD has healed my relationship with food.
I am more able to speak up in large groups and don't worry about people "pay attention to me"

It's liberating! JUDDD is so doable and sustainable. I never felt deprived since I knew that tomorrow I could eat something if I was craving it on my DD.
No food restrictions! No foods are off limits, yet most of the time I make healthy choices, but if I want cookies... I have cookies. I lost 75 pounds in less than 1 year and I only dieted every other day! Talk about having your cake and eating it too!

This diet really seems to work, Carly. You look awesome.

JUDDD reminds me of the old Rotation Diet in the 70s.

You have absolutely transformed yourself with JUDDD. No question. And you are free with sharing your story, your pictures and your hints on how to make it work. Thank you so much for all that you do for us!

I constantly reflect on how much my life has changed with JUDDD and the weight loss. I'm so blessed that once I decided I wanted the weight gone I was ready to take the necessary steps.

I new if I wanted to lose weight I would have to cut back on something... carbs, fat or calories and that which ever I picked I would need to follow my plan consistantly.

I gained the weight from sleepwalk eating, so I've never been one to over eat when awake. The sleepwalk eating is also greatly improved and that is a blessing. We don't keep many snacks in the house so if I do sleepwalk there isn't too much for me to get into.

I've been around the juddd boards for over a year and see how some of my buds struggle to keep away from having UUADs. I'm glad I don't struggle with that, but we all have our struggles and I think I will always have to deal with the sleepwalk/eating. This fall will mark 16 years that I've had this dreadful problem.

DW is great about it and if she wants treats at home she hides them so at night I wont find them since appearently I only look in the kitchen and never seem to scout out other places if I find nothing in the kitchen.

I love maintaining with 5:2 and have had my DDs on Mon and Wed. I think I may do Tues and Thursday some weeks, but for now will keep it with Mon and Wed.
