iheart gets thin on LC/JUDDD
Happy Valentimes day to me. Today is day one of my getting thin with Atkins and JUDDD. Induction day 1.
Today is an up day. Its been a good day. No cravings. Bring on the bacon. Today i ate Bacon and cheese 2g Carbs 2 stalks of celery and cream cheese 3g Carbs Jelapeno cream cheese wrapped in bacon 5g Carbs Day one is 10 grams of carbs and im so full. Feb 14/13: 190lbs March 14/13: 175lbs April 14/13: 160lbs May 14/13: 145lbs June 14/13: 130lbs July 14/13: 120 lbs Goal. |

day 2
Today was a down day.
I ate 4 stalks of celery with cream cheese 100 7g watered down cabbage soup with sausage 275 cal 6g today was a good day. No problems so far. Todays weight 189 Feb 14/13: 190lbs March 14/13: 175lbs April 14/13: 160lbs May 14/13: 145lbs June 14/13: 130lbs July 14/13: 120 lbs Goal. |

the down day wasn't as bad I thought it would be because I new I could eat a breakfast full of bacon and cheese if I hung on until bed.

day 3
Today was an upday and it was good. Woke up and was 2.5 lbs lighter than yesterday. Im kinda dreading the down day tomorrow. Itll be ok tho
6 slices of bacon 2 sausages 3 pieces of cheese cucumber 4g cream cheese 6g smoked salmon jelapanos 3g |

Weighed in at 186 so +.5 lb. Im thinking it was the shritaki noodles yesterday and maybe too many carbs in the soup. today is an up day

Day 7
Weighed in at 183. -2 lbs from yesterday. Yesterday was a down day and I feel a bit dehydrated so that prolly why 2 lbs are gone today. Ill be eating more food today so I'll try to not get discouraged if the scale moves up tomorrow morning. Anyway 7 lbs gone in 7 days
