Feb 16 &17
I have been restarting pmsf. According to my lbm and activity level, I must stay under 102g or protein and around 30g of fat.
Weighed in 3 pounds lighter today, so I am back at my lowest weight
Also coupling this with warrior style eating so all the bulk of my calories are from 7-11pm
B: 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar with 1 gallon of water and sweetener
2 cup vanilla almond milk with espresso and sweetener
4 bass fillets
4 tbsp tahini
May have another cup of almond milk and espresso
We will see what tommorrow's weight shows!
I'M SO UPSET WITH MYSELF !!
