:hugs: OMG...thanks!!! :) That is so nice of you! :love: Seriously those are the pics of shame! I DO NOT take pics...ever! Thought maybe actually seeing myself would do it. I didn't even realize my arms don't even lay flat down anymore! :annoyed:

Yeah, going to try tracking for a bit, will post it on here because yes, the thread gets going and then I lose things! :hyst:

I have high triglycerides so I spent the last week or so figuring out a plan I can live with. Sort of a mesh of a few things but more or less watching glycemic index of foods and trying to sort of follow the carbohydrate addicts outline too.

Giving it a month, I go for blood work then so will be able to see if its working at all!

Good for you for tracking, I am sure journaling all of it will help you. I hate tracking I really do but I understand what you mean by keeping track because you can look back and see what you are or not doing that may help or not. I mean I do track some things privately here at home but I do hate having to do it but it must be done. I think you are beautiful and didn't even notice the arms, I guess we are our worst critics. :)

One good month on this plan should work, I wish you all the success. Have a nice Thursday.

I think I will only weigh in there. My scale is way wonky! :stars: Bounces all over. I have bought several and they either break or just don't work so forget it! I will just weigh in there!
