Feeling very satisfied after my breakfast.
2 eggs
4 pieces of bacon
Bagel with butter - I was only going to have half but decided on the whole thing....and that's ok. Would much rather have these kinds of carbs in the morning.

Lunch will be leftover shrimp.

It's Saturday and an UD...YAY!

Yesterday's DD was pretty tough. I stayed lowcarb, but felt exceptionally hungry. I had a chicken burger for lunch and dinner with greens, broth and coffee with HWC. Ended the day at 730 cals. Had a small drop on the scale this morning, but still .6 from my lowest in January.

Just enjoyed a wonderful cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with butter. Delish. I plan to have bacon, eggs, avocado and tomato for lunch/brunch!

Exercise, exercise! Need to incorporate some of this into my weekend plans! I can't wait till the weather is nicer again .

We are off on a road trip tonight, to the town we moved away from 3 years ago. We are having dinner with some friends. Menu choices will be limited to burgers and pub grub, I love living in the city now with so many dinner choices. The name of the restaurant we are going to is called the Back 40, and it is that! The other restaurant we were hoping to go to is closed for 2 weeks. In any case looking forward to it! I will probably end up being the driver, so just one vodka for me!

This afternoon we are off to volunteer at the skating rink. This will be a first for us, my husband can't even skate (he grew up in Scotland). Through his work he has been involved with this Organization called City Kidz, and he is highly motivated to get more involved! I am on board for that when we can include the family...so off to the rink we go! My DS14 can's skate, although he was in lessons, he has had many issues with his feet so it not something I push on him. But Canadians are suppose to be able to skate...right? My DSalmost4 has never been on the ice either, we will see what she thinks about this afternoons activities, I imagine I will be getting us geared up for the ice real soon!

UD Saturday here too! Wheeeee!

Your weekend sounds fun. I've only ice skated a couple of times, and my ankles are so weak, it's not pretty. I used to roller skate like a fiend, but it was before inline skates really took off. But I so enjoyed it. I often think I should find an adult skate at the local rink and go do it for exercise. How many calories do you think you can burn when you repeatedly land on your @$$?

Well it was a great social night. Plans changed and we went to another town for dinner. The restaurant was fabulous! The Lobster Crab Dip was devine! I hadn't planned on eating a starter, but how can I resist Lobster Crab dip. Good thing my main meal was salmon and veggies.

Not sure why I was compelled to snack when we got home , but I did. So a very high UD. I am choosing not to weigh today....

It is another snowy day here, going to cozy up in the family room and watch the Olympics and try not think about food.

Good move not weighing. Why upset yourself over a nice, enjoyable meal with friends. It'll fall back down anyway.

Reached a new low today...not sure how, it was a UD yesterday, but I'll take it.
It has been a sickly household this week. Hubby was down for two days, DD4 was down for a day and now DS14 is at the peak. Oh and I was out for a few days too...blah. No more snow please.
We are heading out of town for the weekend. Looking forward to the change of pace and some family fun. Headed to Niagara Falls to the Indoor Waterpark with the kiddos. We are gone for two nights....

February has come and gone.

I am loving the ebb and flow of JUDDD again.

Daily weighing is no longer working for me, so I have stopped! January low was 149, and February low is 148. Considering I do not have much to loose, I am happy with that. Working towards a low of 147 for March.

Exercise needs to be at the top of the priority list as well. I returned my 3 lb hula hoop...just too hard for me. I am now on the lookout for another one, preferably 1.5 lb. I will probably end up buying it on line.

Few things I noticed this month - when I don't eat clean I can easily get derailed. Muscle does weigh more than fat....I notice this with my pants and some other garments. Eating clean and healthy is important on both Up and DD.

This month I am going to have MWF DD's. This works better for my schedule, so I will give it a try. I am looking for a 1 lb loss. So this should be fine. I am no longer counting calories either...

Delighted with the numbers today....145.2...WOW!

I have not been measuring, counting or tracking. Just eating light one day and heavier the next. This will be my first planned weekend with no DD's!

This week I was able to fit back into 2 slacks and blazer suits....I love shopping in my closet!! It's a great feeling to be able to button up those pants.

I started out the year at 155.

Loving this....

Think I finally found a hoop.

I have been doing MWF DD's with normal days on the weekend!
