Been out for a minute after the dentist had to do training and no access. I was stressing for a minute I am good now I can exhale. LOL. I am doing good. I wish I was losing more weight but I did manage 11.6 pounds lost in February. I did not make goal by 2 pounds but a loss is a loss and I am still in the game. Getting a little better with blood sugars as well. Thanks for checking in on me I am back for a while and I will be checking on you as well.

The first day of March and I am still on low carbs. I am feeling better. Sugars are better. Still working on that fasting one but it is getting better. I lost 11.8 pounds in the month of February. I wanted to be 190 but 192 is not bad at all. I have not really got off plan. I had been a little laxed in working out but I have kicked that into high gear as well. I had some training that kept me away from the form but I am back plan to active and work the plan. I am doing okay. Well I will be back later for an update.

I love the FitBit. I am so much more active now!
