Kristy's Little Bubble
I've always said that I love my little bubble and try to keep the negativity out of it as much as possible. I've decided to do the hhcg diet and there are so many people that are so negative about it, which is the reason that I have not shared what I am doing with very many people. Just those that I truly trust and anyone that reads my journal ;)
I've known about the hcg diet for many years because my mom and sister lost weight on it back in 2008. My mom lost close to 100 pounds and 5 years later is still maintaining her loss. She uses the JUDD program to maintain.
I stepped on the scale and couldn't believe that I weighed in at 288 pounds. I have a long way to go but I've hit that point where I am ready to feel human again. I gained some weight during nursing school and then gained a lot of weight when I started working night shift at the hospital. I am finally in the right mind set and will not let anything get in my way.
I'm thrilled that I found the low carb forum and getting to my goal weight of 155 pounds.
