This isn't my first rodeo with dieting, but I'm hoping that this time I'll see it through.
Eating Plan: Atkins (Induction)
Exercise Plan: Various cardio (mini trampoline, workout videos, wii Just Dance, xbox, etc.) + weight training (hand weights and bands)
First Goal: Make it through first week without going off plan.
Workout, at least, 4 times this week.
Day 1: 227.5 lbs.
Note: I actually started this plan on 1/7/13, but went astray over the weekend. So I'm counting today a day 1.
