been raining for the last two day with flooding here so not much exercise to day

B leftover chicken breast , v8

L: fish, steamed cali, broci, with light cheese sauce, sugar free pudding cup

S: cheese stick and water

D: grilled Buffalo chicken bites , salad

I have noticed that the v8 juice has helped me to curb my hunger, and also since eating this way i do not feel so tired all of the time i seem to have more energy than i did before.
The only thing i have to get down is my meal plan and portion sizes .
