Tabitha's Low Carb(south beach) Journal
right now i am unemployed but i am hopeing to find a job soon. I do not mind if people comment on my journal as i need the support and advice as i learn this new way of life. today i ate: B: 1 c Fagie plain yogurt with 1/2 c fiber one cereal on top and 8 oz v8 juice S: backed chicken breast, with 5 walnuts, cheese stick , water L: taco salad with griled chicken beans romaine , onions, tomato, salsa, sour cream S: orange , string cheese water D: Slopy joe stuffed peppers, with steamed brocoli with cheese water, sugar free jello pudding |

been raining for the last two day with flooding here so not much exercise to day
B leftover chicken breast , v8 L: fish,steamed cali,broci, with light cheese sauce, sugar free pudding cup S: cheese stick and water D: grilled Buffalo chicken bites , salad I have noticed that the v8 juice has helped me to curb my hunger, and also since eating this way i do not feel so tired all of the time i seem to have more energy than i did before. The only thing i have to get down is my meal plan and portion sizes . |
