I am feeling much better today and ready to get back on track!
Starting off with a DD (after a big UD yesterday)!
I plan on lots of water and tea today, with a big green salad for dinner w/ some egg and cottage cheese.
Hopefully I can be down to 163 by Monday! Adjusted my goal a bit, LOL

I am glad you got back on track. Stick to your plan and it will work and get easier with each passing week. You just hit the one month mark so some slow down or even no movement at all is expected. Keep up the steady work and you'll start losing again soon.

Very excited! I hit a new low of 164!
I decided to try the Glucomannan in my broth and in my protein shakes. It really does make me feel full. No urges to run to the bathroom or gas ( yet). I tried it two days ago on a DD in my broth and it tasted great. Yesterday on my UD I added it to my protein shake at breakfast and it kept me full till 2pm!
We leave for vacation on Monday and I am hoping to get to 163
Would love to see 153 by my birthday! 3 more months!
