first time really using the resistance bands. i miss free weights at the gym but not ready to spend $90/mo on one down the street. i've spent this past weekend OFF the bandwagon and am not happy about it. fries, burgers, pizza, frozen yogurt... you name it... i ate it. no weigh-in for me today because i'm a bit nervous about it but am going to push hard this week

This Morning's Weigh-In (OKAY, so I broke down and did it)

199.0lbs

-32.2lbs in 10 weeks/70 days

I'll take it as a win. Just makes me wonder what I was really down at before all the bad eating this past weekend!
