JJ, you're looking good with a nice consistent loss. Traveling can be difficult with being off your normal schedule and unless you are in control of all food it can be challenging to eat on plan 100%. I hope the additional water and exercise helps speed things up for you!

Looking good on getting in your water. But I noticed you are not eating very much. Since I don't see the portion sizes I wonder if they are larger and you are paring down and eating one big meal later in the day like an Intermittent Fast? I do that often, just hold off eating until the evening. I like it when I am on a regular schedule and I have a 5 hour eating window later in the day/evening. Just make sure you are getting all your nutrition in! Have you calculated your protein intake requirements? There are some calculators online that are useful. I say this as I struggle to get all mine in and have to really push it.

Oh I know! It's the move. Completely threw me off. I usually eat every 3-4 hours to make sure I'm good. I will sometimes eat very little during the day and chow down at night but I know that's not the best idea since that's the part of the day I'm not active. Have to be better about that!!

I have not calculated my protein intake requirements. Do you have a calculator somewhere that I could use? I feel that my protein shakes in the morning are helpful - but lately since moving I have been just doing coffee in the morning...
