JJ, way to go on the continued loss!

I have a hard time with nuts too, especially cashews. I also like the Blue Diamond Smokehouse almonds. I have to get only a few and put the bag right away or I would be eating them all.

True that!! The only almonds I usually go for are those Emerald dark chocolate ones but I hear you!

Glad you are feeling better. You are losing at an amazing rate. Be aware of the possible upcoming stall that could happen for a week or two. Don't get discouraged if this happens.

i am quite surprised myself! given the lack of exercise i am really taken aback by how much has shed! i can tell in my face and the way my shirts fit, though. my shirts are starting to look a little frumpy!! maybe in a month i can go down a size!

and i can certainly feel a stall coming... i think that would be the perfect opportunity to start lifting weights and throw in some more dedicated cardio!!

the chicken, however, looked like it was lightly breaded with something but i didn't know for sure. i figured i still dodged a bullet by avoiding rice all together. happy with that.

You did great considering the carb laden options that are usually eating during the Superbowl. Chinese food is really difficult and you just have to navigate as best as you can. Great job not eating the rice!

I have a great recipe for Garlic Parmesan wings if you ever want to make them at home.
