JJ, way to go on the continued loss!
I have a hard time with nuts too, especially cashews. I also like the Blue Diamond Smokehouse almonds. I have to get only a few and put the bag right away or I would be eating them all. |

You did great considering the carb laden options that are usually eating during the Superbowl. Chinese food is really difficult and you just have to navigate as best as you can. Great job not eating the rice!
