Ok, so day 35ish and I am feeling my abs getting tighter!!! I feel it while I am biking and I know a month of using my little pedal machine has done this!! EXCITED!!!! I am going to keep it up along with everything else I am doing, and I will also continue to eat the food!

Put this in Deb's ( Peachy) journal instead of mine, but I will repost..

Up a pound on my weekly weigh in. This is interesting since last week I did try to reduce my calories... hummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Just an observation though, who knows what it was.

Pedaling away this morning, but I really have no time to check in on everyone, will do that at lunch. Happy Monday!!!

Happy Monday!!! Congrats on a successful weekend!! Socially.. what is that?.. just kidding, I went to my Mom's who we help with her stuff since my Dad's passing. She is in much better spirits, so it made the visit delightful!

I ate all her good food, and felt NO GUILT! what a difference a month makes.. I lost that pound I gained, plus another by eating the food!.. how crazy is this? Ugh, I just don't know which direction to go to get these last 40 or so pounds off. If I cut back on cals I gain? I guess I should just stay the course and continue my exercise..

im so happy to hear that your mom is doing better im sure thats a very tough thing to go through...

if you can eat more and still lose then you've got the best of both worlds. if that works for you then i would definitely keep doing what you're doing!!!! thats awesome!

thanks Lexi... I guess that is what I am going to do! the only other thing I can think of is to increase the intensity of my workouts and choose good whole foods MOST of the time! OH yes, and be PATIENT!..

oh yes, clean eating is the answer. its so hard tho. i try to follow it but right now im sucking. im at about a 50/50 lol. like this week i planning nothing for lunches so i'll be eating lean cuisines all week.

Oh yes! planning is such a key. Well lean cuisines are not exactly whole foods, but they will do in a pinch! As long as you have your focus and your goal ahead of you, you can do this!.. Look how close you are to the 199's!!

Woohoo!! I love it that you are so close

I absolutely love the Atkins frozen meals in a pinch! I also look at how the JUDDD people eat on down days. They really know how to get a big bang for 100 cals. Lol!!

I agree, the Atkins meals are pretty good. Not enough food for me at this point, but good.

Right??! They used to fill me up. Now, I'm missing something! Lol! So, I usually go to Jamba Juice on the days I have an Atkins meal or bring some snacks...greek yogurt, fruit, hummus with pita...etc

Sounds good Jen! I never heard of Jamba Juice so I am off to google..

ok it looks good!!

Wow really overdid the food yesterday. I was hungry. So today, not hungry. I guess our bodies know if we listen. Overeat one day, ugh the next..

Back to my pedaler!!! have a great Tuesday

Good morning Deb!!! I know what you mean about overeating. I only took in around 600 calories yesterday due to my weekend. I didn't overeat, just more than usual. So, my body is super happy with me today and rearing to go. The walk was brilliant.

I am waking up before my alarm goes off!

What is that about!?

Good Morning Shari! Thanks for stopping by with the support! I am well into my second month now and I really love this way of life, I just wish I could lose FASTER, but this is a tradeoff I chose..

Thanks Shari, our dates are set up around Thanksgiving this year. I hope I can get closer to my goal, but If I am FIT and able to do all I want to do, I am going!! If I feel like I have a long way to go with my FITNESS, I will postpone until the spring. We have open ended reservations thanks to my son!

you're going to hawaii??? im so jealous!!

im spoiled by my hubbys parents, they take the adult kids on trips. next summer they are taking us to wine country!!! and i will be rocking shorts, and sun dresses and be thin and feel good. i wont be a sweaty fat pig in jeans!!!

LOL that is how I feel right now, a sweaty ole pig in jeans.. when I go to HAWAII!!!! I want to wear comfy clothes and be able to walk anywhere and everywhere.. Yep, my first trip to Hawaii thanks to my wonderful generous son, so very excited!!

I just really want to be closer to a good weight, but the scale won't keep me from going. The only thing that may postpone us is if I don't feel like I can do all the walking and playing I want to do!!

That is wonderful that your husbands parents do that for their adult kids!! Enjoy!!! AND ENJOY IT THIN!!!
