4) no more eating below 1800 cals if possible. LOVED losing on HCG, but hated starving my body. I will have to accept the much slower losses.

5) stressing about the scale. No more. It does not decide how my day will go, or how I feel.

6) not being critical of my body or anyone else's body or journey. We are all unique. Love yourself as you are, and it will be a natural thing to love yourself when you get smaller.. or not?

Jen you don't remember Pati? She was posting in my journal back when you were the first time.. She is a HOOT.. but likes to hide sometmes..

Hmmmm...i just looked at some past posts and can't place her. Maybe she came on after I left (tear falling down my cheek).

YES!!! she does, and boy do I miss Sans too!.. Where did she goooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.....

I miss so many who used to post here, but I am hoping they return someday!.. We will keep the pages warm.. Glad you came back Jen

i like your post above. exercise = so important. no food is good or bad, everything in moderation. no restrictions just be reasonable.

I'm a BIG believer in if you can't do it for a lifetime, you may lose weight but chances are you'll gain it back, and then some. At least that's what my experience has been. its taken me a long time to finally get that

Day 33. Slowly pulling back on the cals and eating what feels good, not always what my head wants. I am doing this for health, and I have had over 30 days now of eating whatever, I am over that..

Ok, not over it, but I am being more particular this week. Enjoying that also!! Fruit, Meat, Fat, some veges, real food this week. Satisfied!

Did my almost hour of peddaling this morning and will do pool after work. I did pool yesterday, but there was some nosey neighbor just sitting up on his deck and I felt uncomfortable... ugh. I did it anyway, and he got bored and went inside...

We have MASSIVE trees all around us, but there is one little spot where I can see him and he can see me. REMIND ME TO PLANT another tree next fall!

Thanks!! I love my pool and although it is expensive to maintain ( electricity mainly) I would not know what to do without it!! 19 years now!..

Hello!! Just popping in to check up on my LCFs!! I've been offline more. I have a hard time balancing real life time management when I'm online too much. But I still think of you guys a lot. I'm glad to see you're going strong my friend!! The exercise is so good for you!! I like the metabolic reset and have been doing some of that myself. I wish it didn't come w. weight gain!! But, it's for life, so healing is part of the process.

I'm working on getting back down to "fighting" weight. I'm at 164 this morning but I am back to the gym and pretty sore, so I know that'll be an inflated #. I'll practice patience and see where clean eating and good workouts lead me.

Good to see you, I'll try to pop in more often.

Thanks Jen! I am taking a quick lunch so thought I would stop in. That would be quite the feat if you walked HOME from work too!.. WOW.. I know your body would love you for it eventually. Just think of how strong you would be and the cardio benefits too!! Whatever you decide we are backing you girl!

JULIE!!! Good to see you! I know exactly how you feel. I love the reset, but the weight gain is hard to take. I find myself so many times just wanting to diet again, but then I get a kick in the head and say NO.. The weight will eventually go, I know as long as I exercise like I have been and get stronger, the flab will get the heck outta here! I know it will do the same for you!

Your weight now, would be wonderful for me!.. I also understand that once you have been to your fighting weight, you miss it. Just keep up the exercise, no matter what the scale says... it does so much more than we know. Hang in there Julie!!!. Miss ya!

Thanks Deb! I'm just popping by before I must go home for the day. I'm a little scared of the walk home due to the heat. I think if I pack plenty of water and an extra set of clothes I should be good to go. We'll see. It has almost been a month and I really want to set a new record for miles walked I find it much more fun to exercise more than to worry so much about calories and fat and carbs...blech!
