hey Deb! Wow, I can't believe it's been awhile since I last posted, these days are rolling by! Hope you're feeling more like yourself Hooray for no more 12 hour shifts

Guess what? I'm starting Omaha, loading today... I know, I've been all over the map with various plans but nothing is sticking or I'm not sticking to it. I need to see results and get back to my mini goal and comfort weight..low 160's again. Of course, I need to go lower but I'm working on that smaller goal for now. I know you were considering it, so if you're game...come join! If not, I totally totally understand

I think I have been wanting someone to get it going, I don't think I need to load much, but I do need to do something!! Omaha is the best way to get it off... I may just do a huge dinner tonight and start tomorrow. I have my drops and my pellets ready to go... What the heck, lets do this thing!!

Hi ladies!!! Omaha is a great way to go. I will be here watching and cheering you both on. I loaded when I started my drops, but didn't really need too. I mainly loaded on fat and alcohol! Lol...I miss my beer and cosmos.

Lol! Remind me what Omaha is...I promise to not switch my plan, just intrigued

Thanks Jen! No worries about switching up a plan, nobody here cares.. WE seem to live that way.

Anyway!!! If you google the Omaha HCG plan, you can find it. It allows more food, more calories, more choices. It works just as well as Simeons, but you get to eat more. You know ME!! I am all about being rogue, and this is a rogue plan in a way. I did my last round and lost 19 pounds I think? I just was not really in the mood to do it, but I did. Now Hawaii is getting closer and I really need to get this off!!!

Oh wow! I'll definitely look it up. I think i remember it back in the "day" when I was experimenting with my rogue-ness

Your menu looks great from what i am reading. What gives?

I am of an age, where I just don't lose without cutting cals way back. UGH I HATE IT!!!... The HCG will help me stick to lower cals.. I really need at least 40 pounds off by fall and for ME, that is ROUGH!.. unless I do HCG, I can't seem to move the pounds off. Makes me angry, but it is what it is.

I can MAINTAIN wonderfully on LC. Easily. I just can't LOSE...

Interesting...are you going to do the 800 calories or keep it where you were doing well around 1200? You'll definitely have to let me know how you do....

Start around 700 and go up from there.. as needed! I will keep you updated..

Had a nice full meal last night with my HHCG and this morning started eating lighter again. Will see how it goes. I am using Omaha as a guide, but will see how I feel as the day goes on. Will NOT make myself crazy with this.

Plan is to eat less than 1000, but I may have to ease into it until I have my appetite tamed...

Not worried, one day at a time.

YAY!! I'm sooo glad you decided to start with me!! You are so supportive and we can support each other when the going gets tough which for me usually comes in the 2nd week. Today is our first day, the 17th will be the last hhcg day!! Did you enjoy a big dinner last night?

ETA: Just read your last post. I agree, I'm taking it day by day and will see how it goes. Are you using the drops or pellets?

Hello fellow HHCG'ers...I love the HHCG because i have control over my eating. That is really all I am using it for. My goal is similar...to get and stay under 1000 calories. However, my goal is under 1200 so I will leave it there. According to the weightloss journals for my weight if I stay under 1200 calories I will lose 2-3 lbs per week. I am fine with that since I do not feel weak or starved. I also practice IF...So my eating window is between 12-8pm. It's so easy for me to control better if I am eating in a smaller window. I used to gorge myself for breakfast, then gorge again for lunch, then top it off with dinner. My body quickly learned that smaller meals are better. Thank goodness!! I feel lighter today....is that right? Can one feel it? I don't remember, but my knees don't hurt when I walk as much. I feel lighter...

Yes, Shari we can support each other. I LOVED my big dinner, and I am doing fine this morning. I am using the rest of my drops first then will go to pellets. I have 3 bottles of pellets..

Are you ready to get going?? I AM!!!

Wow I have to say first day was a success!! I only loaded with one meal and gained 3 pounds... Then this morning I lost 5! So I ate 1025 cals yesterday and lost a net 2. I am happy with that!

Today, I am not as hungry as yesterday, so I will aim for less than 1000 again today. Happy that Shari nudged me...

Not much time, but will try to check back later. GO US!!

I will sneak in here before the boss shows up.. Well I had been kinda carbed up, so I am sure it was water weight. Still counts...

coffee w/cream 1T. 1/2 cantaloupe, chicken breast and a cup of green beans, slice of watermelon, carb master yogurt ( 60 cals), Chicken broth, wedge of laughing cow cheese, Tilapia with a cup of spinach, portabella mushroom with pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese ( fake pizza because I was kinda hungry)

Sounds like alot of food though, but I measured it out and it came in at 1025. Happy!!

You will do great Deb-kins...I have myself set at 1200 for 2-3 lbs per week loss. That is just fine with me as long as I can have my fat

Had over 1000 yesterday, but not much. Don't care... I will weigh in the morning because I forgot to weigh before drinking my coffee. NO WAY am I weighing after coffee...

Everyone have a fantastic weekend!!! I will check in as I can, busy day for us in the accounting world as this is the last day of our fiscal year..

I don't weigh after coffee either! I should go back to your previous journals and reread how well you lost weight eating higher fat w/ hhcg. You totally ROCKED this program eating very rogue. I too will do whatever I have to in order to stick with it and not stress!!

Thanks Shari!! I was reading back in those days also. I swear I could eat whatever and still lose. Today, not so much! ..

I think it is all about calories for me now.. If I keep them low enough, I lose, If I go over around 1600 I don't. I can maintain very well on almost any amount of cals when LC, but I can't lose. FRUSTRATING!!!

So, I am glad to be doing the HHCG and lower cals. Not 500 low, but lower than I was. I feel like I am doing fine and losing, so I will continue as long as I can!

Successful Friday!!! Stuck to my plan and had a nice loss for me this morning of 1.8. Happy with that especially eating 1000 cals again! I can live this way for now...

So far 6.8 down. Not as great as the 500 cal plan, but I feel much better eating more food and not starving or going nuts thinking about food.

Out to the pool today!!! WHOO HOOO... have a great day all..

Great losses since Wednesday! I def agree, Id rather lose a bit slower eating more cals than to be hungry/miserable and throw in the towel. Actually in the past I gave up because I got tired of the same limited, low fat food more than being hungry. Thanks Jen, I do remember now that Deb at very well and lost.... Deb you're so much smaller now that cals do matter...but you can do it with hhcg!!
