What does 2013 hold?

I am back on the boards. I worked my way 177 lbs. by mid December, and after fudge, popcorn balls, and work parties have tipped the scale at 190. Epic is the only word that can describe that.

I have had about 40 grams of carbs the last 3 days. I am feeling a bit sluggish, but haven' t had headaches. I have noticed I am making more water which seems to indicate I am headed in the right direction.

So, off I go. I have also bought Selectech dumbbells and am going to experiment with some different strength training approaches.

See you all later.
