Hello, yes it has been a while. Good to see you are still around, and it's great to have you here so we can motivate and encourage one another.

Hey lady ... Actually ive just came back after a very long time... After the last day or so I need a strict induction also... So lets do it together ... My weight has been going up up up since my stint with hcg... So I need to change that immediately ... The 4th of July I was not a good girl at all... So lets get serious with this thing......Deal ?

We have similar stories. I'm starting Induction tomorrow for the ??? time. I've come to the conclusion that low carb is the only way of eating for me; where I lose weight, feel great, and not deprived. I need something I can make a lifestyle out of and this is it. I don't want to count calories points or etc. So in a nut shell, low carb eating is what it has to be for me. Are you starting Induction or just eating low carbing?

Good morning, Lyn!

Hope your week is off to a good start...I like the quote you posted above.

I still track my calories more so for curiosity's sake, but I've noticed when I choose more veggies/fruits, protein, and dairy, I tend to get full faster. I would like to get to the point where I don't have to "track" anything, which to me would be closer to maintenance weight. I would love that feeling of freedom!

So far so good. Thanks for checking and continuing to encourage me.

With low carbing, I normally just eat what's allowable and once I kick into Ketosis; my appetite is suppressed and the cravings are gone. Here goes to a fresh start.

Good Afternoon,

So yesterday I did good with eating, and then needed coffee this morning; so I headed to Dunkin Donuts and ended up grabbing a sandwich also.

So of course I started the rest of the day off, "as I will start over again tomorrow with a clean slate."

Im sorry I didnt get back to you... I had to change my schedule and ive been so so busy... I restarted induction and I fell on the 4th of July and on the 5th I restarted so I been trying to keep it together since then... I hope that we can get it together... Lets get this weight off Lyn... Lets do a clean 2 week induction... So what you think????

Hello,

I've been off and on the wagon also and enough is enough. I'm restarting Induction tomorrow. After completing laundry this evening, I plan to prepare some tuna and etc to start the rest of the week off on the right foot. I have to start looking at this in a health manner and not just vanity. Keep me posted when you start. Do you have a journal?

Even though TOM has come and is causing all kinds of crazy cravings I ate clean today.. If you want to do it im here with you... I work 7am to 7pm so im on after work, and sometimes I peek in from my phone... I do have a journal also, come visit ...

Good job on eating clean, during TOM because I know it can be difficult. I crave salt during that time and every now and then chocolate. I keep telling myself I'm going to start tomorrow and tomorrow comes, and I don't. I know part of the problem is preparation. I'm aiming to start Induction tomorrow. I'll keep you posted and best wishes to us both.
