How are you today? I absolutely LOVE all of your quotes and scriptures. 2013 is our year!!!!

I have been feeling sluggish too.... I just started back taking my multi vitamin. Hoping that helps... Plus added in a little melatonin at night to get me to sleep. I haven't been getting much rest either which I know is not good.

I am great!! Yea I think after all the cravings stopped and I got a little more sleep it was better. And I had been working OT at work...That will wear your body down!! But thank GOD I am employed. I too am working on motivation. I set some goals for myself. I also need to get back in the gym. That has been tough.

That's great to hear and I believe this is our Year, if we want it to be.

We might fall but as long as we get back up and get back to what we know works; we will see light at the end of the tunnel.

Speaking of the gym, I'm thinking about joining You Fit for $10 a month and I have a trainer that is willing to train me some days at his gym for FREE. We need to keep moving, so get back in there.

I have Verizon Fios and VF as an exercise channel that I love. I also like Youtube because you can find most of the popular mainstream videos there AND trainers who post very tips and helpful videos. I love YT!

I'm starting off slow for now... virtual walking is keeping me active for now. I also adopted your cruch, lunge, squat routine too .

Yea meek. I was talking to my coworker, who teaches Zumba at my local gym, about working out at home some days because of DD. She told me just to march in place for 30 moins watching my favortie show or either take a walk with DD outside. So on days I don't make it I plan on doing just that. But I do love youtube as well. they have some great videos

It's a beautiful Morning!

As time draws near for my Mary Kay debut, all I can think about is what kind of food I can serve so that I don't cave in and use that day as a day to eat off plan ? I want to be normal, LOL

If I don't plan I might as well plan to fail. So I've decided to add tuna and crackers as one of the finger foods, along with a simple side salad. That way, I don't have to worry about going off plan and I can still eat what others are eating. I can't forget the lemon pepper wings though.

It's the weekend!

I'm so glad this week has come to an end. I have so many festivities going on and food isn't one of them; first time in a long time that I'm not racking my brain about what I'm going to eat at this function or what they will say if I don't eat their food and pull snacks out of my purse. I'm finally FREE from it all and LCing is becoming my new lifestyle.

Hey Cle, I had a great and eventful weekend! How was yours?

I'm a new Mary Kay consultant for the second time, but this time feels right. I think interacting with other women and etc will help me to blossom into the woman God designed me to be.

I've been low carbing for a while now and loving it. I ended up eating corn and 5 fried chicken wings from KFC yesterday night after not eating all day, due to being busy and running around for my debut. I'm back to the basics now.
