HIYE's Journal
So today I am kick starting my goals again. I had a fantabulously horrid december! I ate...and ate...and ate...due to stress, laziness, and a little bout of depression.
So here I am. Bloated, feeling like poo, and tired. I did some poking around here and decided that I would try the potato hack. Now I'm pretty easy to please with foods. As long as it tastes good and has a good texture I'm all for it. One of my FAVORITE comfort foods is mashed taters. Which is good on this diet it seems, BUT the way I do it is to load it with crap that's NOT so good. Sour cream, butter, bacon bits, etc etc. So for the next 3-4 days (start small to see how it works for me) I will be eating nothing but taters with malt vinegar, salt and pepper. I'll switch it up and bake/boil/"fry" and see how that goes. I will POSSIBLY be hitting the gym tonight, so I will get my weight. Otherwise I will base my "success" on my clothing. Too tight=bad. Too loose= GET THEE TO THE MALL WOMAN! Let's see how this works! ![]()

Hmm I ate a whole potato about 2 1/2 hours ago, and started boiling the one for lunch. I just now broke down and ate a little bit of the one I was saving for lunch. I've seen where people say there's an INTENSE hunger followed by satiety but yeah...I did only eat a few bites then I was done. So who knows?
