finding the skinny me again
 

finding the skinny me again . ive tried to find the skinny me befor
and time and time again id lose 5 or 10 or even 20 lbs .
but it all ways in the past find its way back :dunno::weigh:
with all the junk food and the sweeeet tea oh yeah i cant for get
all the all you can eat places . i wonder how :confused:

drinking water and not tea
eating little meals not 2 and 3 at one time
walking and moveing not setting
