Morning.
Ate off plan last night and this morning. I am under a lot of stress with school right now (maintaining a 4.0 is hard! )I need to get my butt back in gear. I am not even weighing till this weekend. No water aerobics for me tonight. I need oto catch up on homework so I can stop stressing about it. |

Take it one day at a time. At least you can identify your triggers. Have a great study day and get some work done. I have to do the same.

Morning.
I am back and ready to go. Weighed myself this morning. 318.0. I was all the way down to 306. I am extremely disappointed in myself but am going to try not to dwell on it. My new goal is 299 by Mar 1. I have to figure out how I am going to fit the gym in with my new work schedule. I won't be able to do water aerobics anymore and I am fine with just walking the treadmill and stuff but it's going to be a PITA to get there most days I think. Just depends on what Mike's hours wind up being since we only have 1 car. Weekends will be easy. No water aerobics still but I can go workout with no problems. I just don't know if exercising just on the weekends is going to help much. Anyway, todays meal plan: B: Not too hungry so just water for now. L: Leftover london broil sauteed up with some Brussels sprouts D: Linda Sue's enchilada bake, salad with Ranch

Morning!
Down 5lbs already. Some of it is of course water weight and some of it is cause I had..um...tummy troubles last night /tmi It's nice to see the instant loss though. I forgot my breakfast this morning so I will eat half my lunch in a bit if I get hungry. I am super busy finishing up various stuff before I leave this week and I have some meetings this morning so I may not have time to even think about it till lunch ![]() Lunch will be leftover enchilada bake (from Linda Sue's site), guac, sour cream and a salad with tomatoes and ranch. Dinner will be leftover night as Mike has his jujitsu class tonight at the gym and we have to be there at 6:30. I should go and at least walk some but I am also debating getting my Project Management final out of the way while him and the kids are gone. Plus, exercise makes me hungry and I have to fast all day tomorrow for some routine lab work tomorrow afternoon so I don't want to be starving all day. I will just have to see how I feel after work today. Hope everyone has a great day! |

Morning.
Giving it another shot today after falling face first into Jack in the Box for dinner last night. I am gonna get back in my groove darnit! I have to fast all day for a doctor appointment at 2:30 so I am hoping that will help be a good restart. I will be drinking tons of water and iced tea (they okayed it since I drink fresh brewed, plain - no lemon or sweetener of any sort) which should help flush my system too. Dinner tonight is going to be Melt In Your Mouth Chicken and brussel sprouts. Hope everyone has a great day. |

Making a complete lifestyle change is daunting at best. I love how determined you are! You can definitely do it.
Melt In Your Mouth Chicken sounds delicious! Would you mind sharing your recipe or point me in the right direction? |

Sure it's from here:
Melt in Your Mouth Chicken I cut the seasoning salt way back to just a little sprinkle because we are not huge salt eaters and the parm is already way salty so watch that part. I don't know how much chicken I used (I used tenders) but it filled a 9x13 dish. Next time I would season the chicken first. I might even go as far as using the seasonings listed ON the chicken instead of the mixture (still minus most of the salt). Here's the pic ![]() I stayed on plan last night. It was HARD. As soon as I left the doctors office it took everything I had not to stop at McD's because I was HUNGRY. But, I went home made dinner and did fine with it. I am not sure how much of it I actually chewed though ![]() Then after dinner we had to run to the library to return some books and the boys wanted to stop for slushies and candy bars I was good though and had a Diet Dr. Pepper and beef jerky. ![]() TOM showed up this morning so my weight is still at 314 and I don't expect it to budge for a few days now. I also can't do my water aerobics class tonight either which sucks because it's going to be one of the last 1 can do with my new schedule next week ![]() Plan for today: B: LS enchilada bake (if I get hungry...right now my TOM migraine is winning) L: Leftovers from last night D: Salad (wanted ooey gooey cheesey meatballs but Noah has karate tonight and I won't have time to mess with it) Hoep everyone has a great day! |
