Sunday's UD was...

Coffee with splenda and HWC
MIM (muffin in a minute, which I don't wat that often) I make it with flax meal, egg, butter, cocoa powder... it's worth 317 cals.
2 tbsp natural chunky peanut butter
2 slices of lunch meat ham
cheese stick
2 oz cheddar cheese
3 small plain fried pork chops
can of green beans (yes a whole can, another thing I rarely eat) prob killed my sodium
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 oz cheddar cheese

that came up to...

fat: 141g - 62.6%
protein: 145g - 28.6%
carbs: 45g, 21 from fiber, 24 net carbs - 8.8%
other - 0%

My net calories were -264.

Today's DD was great! Did my total body workout, she killed my arms! Pretty confident I'll see those 180's again tomorrow!

My net calories were -2465


I have been eating alot of cheese, but it's not always that high. I do eat alot of eggs, peanut butter, cheese, meat, chicken, pork, ground beef (taco salad ), low carb tortillas a few times a week, zuchinni, brocolli, ranch dressing, sometimes some pork rinds. I do about all my cooking in manteca (lard).

Is the MIM recipe posted somewhere in here? Sounds yummy!

Is it hard to do a DD knowing you are eating so MUCH less?!

I have no idea, but I will post it for you tomorrow or Thursday! They're alright, better with peanut butter on top!

I don't find the DD's too hard, granted there are some where I'm pretty hungry, but it actually is kinda nice not to have to worry about eating and all that!

Fell like I had a great UD today, so we will see what sort of bounce I have tomorrow.... Hopefully I won't bump back up into the 190's! I got my second workout in for the week! Fitness boot camp plus 1 mile on treadmill!

I went from 187.8 to 188.6, which for me is very small, since I usually have about a 2 lb bounce... Maybe that means I'm headed even lower or my bounce is shrinking. Then again it could just be a fluke thing.

For some reason or other I'm super motivated exercise wise, no idea why, but hope it continues!!!

Fit2010, I haven't forgotten to post the muffin recipe! I swear I will get to it tomorrow!!!

Well today I tried out a spinning class and it was alright I guess. Don't know if it's totally my thing, but it sure felt like it tore up my thighs! I also ordered my gym bag, since I made my 189 goal a few days back! Next reward is a food scale when I get to 184!!! I'm excited, hopefully it won't take too long, since it would really help me with counting the calories.

Added January daily weights!!!

Here are my daily weights since September 10, 2012. I started out originally doing just low carb.... Also this starts with my old broken scale that weighs too heavy...

Well I screwed up yetserdays DD and turned it into a MD... I'd had my morning coffee and bacon and that was gonna be it, but couldn't keep myself out of the chicken and rice stir fry thing I made for the fam for dinner. I doubt I went over 100 cals though. Weight wasn't all that nice to me this morning as a result and I hate that I have to do a UD today before I can do another DD. Weight will prob be worse tomorrow morning... Oh well, first slip up in a while..

Okay so the MIM recipe I use is.....

1/4 c. milled flax
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 egg
1 tbsp butter
3 tsp splenda

I put the butter in a coffee mug, and melt it in microwave.
Then add egg and mix.
Add dry ingredients on top and mix all together.
Place in microwave for 1 minute.
Muffin should pop right out when mug is turned over.

I don't have stats for yesterdays up day, since we went out to eat for dinner. I'd saved about 1000 calories, ate alot, so I'm hoping I was somewhere in the 2000-2300 calorie range! I was surprised to see that I wasn't above 190 this morning, just squeeked under at 189.8, lol! Today I'm trying to recuperate from this UD, MD, DD rotation that I've done my doing a DD where I'm only drinking coffee with HWC. I've had two cups now, have no idea what this'll do, but don't want to eat anything solid today! Be back later to post todays stats!

Good UD today! Got my Total Body workout in, girl had us doing all sorts of crazy lunges today... I need to do grocery shopping and stuff tomorrow, so I'm going to swap Tuesday's fitness bootcamp workout for Thursday's cardio bootcamp.

I think if anything I estimated high on today's calories... Couldn't remember how much ranch I used on my taco salad and I didn't know how many oz's of ground meat it was, so tried to guess high...

I've had a good up day, tried to stay under 2100 and keep it high fat, so we'll see... I got my Total Body workout in, I'm proud of myself that I've been hitting my workout weekly goals for a month now! I'm halfway through week 5! I did notice these last few classes that the view in the wrap around mirrors in the group exercise classes, does look a little better, slightly less chubby than before. Still have a long way to go!

Got my Cardio boot camp in! I swear that instructor is INSANE!!! Proud of myself though!

Good DD, hopefully I'll be back in the 180's in the am...

Okay so yeah, I've not been too hot these last couple of days.... Day before yesterday I had a great UD going, but then I got into some pizza rolls... Then I let someone talk me into eating half a peice of this sweet mexican bread/donut thing that had been dipped in chocolate, then when I got back home back to the pizza rolls. So yesterday I was on a roll for a good DD, but then crashed head first into some pasta and fried taters, then some cheese crackers and peanut butter on ritz followed. Also had a couple oranges.

So anyways, now I feel better because I have completely admitted to my little binge. It's time to move on. I know what happens when I let myself have carbs, so why I let those pizza rolls talk me into it I have no idea...

Plans for today are a stellar DD. I may eat nothing or allow myself my coffee with HWC... I've got to get these carbs out of my system!

One plus was I did my Zumba yesterday, so that was 4 workouts for last week!

I've also noticed that I usually screw up the beginning of each new month.. Why do I do that? Sure makes it harder to make those monthly goals... Hopefully in March I'll stop the cycle.

I'm back from a week long of too many carbs and not any good DD's. I'm so ashamed of myself, but hey we all have to face plant in the dirt occasionally. I did stick with all my workouts despite what I was eating, so I'm happy about that! Yesterday I finally got a good DD in! It was a peanut butter DD, I ate about 400 calories of smuckers natural crunchy peanut butter. Today's morning weigh in was 192.8 , but honestly that's alot better than what I saw yesterday morning.... It was a scary sight and convinced me that enough was enough!

I'm still waiting for tom to show up, but I ovulated really late this cycle, so I figure that's why... These last coupla months I've been keeping track of my cycle by taking my temp (by mouth) each morning and all the signs point to me ovulating a week late, so tom should show up a week late too. It must of been the combo of the low carb juddd and exercise, stressed my body out a bit or something.

Well I feel like I'm back in the game and my eating is under control, it usually takes a few days of good low carb and then I'm alright, well today is day 4...

Weight this am was 190.8, so I'm headed back into the 180's!

Did my total body workout yesterday and I raised the step, cuz I felt like I could use a little more of a challenge, I did it, but I was huffing and puffing a bit more!!!

Okay, so I think I'm kinda getting addicted to these workout classes.... I had a lot of fun at cardio boot camp last night!! We had a different instructor and though I can't say if I liked her style more or less than the others, it was a lot of fun. It was intense and sweaty, but I'm digging it! Hoping I feel well enough for powerhouse tonight, I tried it last Friday and really enjoyed it too! Starting to feel like I'm getting some muscle here and there, now if I can just get all that fat off that covers it up...

TOM started yesterday, so hoping for a drop into the mid 180's soon! Today is a DD today and I've only had some coffee so far. I slept horrible last night, woke up with a headache, upset stomach causing some mild diarrhea. Made into work and am feeling a little better now... Drank my whole pitcher of water, so we'll see what number the scale gives me in the am...

Trying to remember what my next goal was for a mini reward? Might have to go back and look, but thinking it was 184 for a food scale?
