I had a new low this morning, Yay!!! Plus TOM started late yesterday and I "usually" don't drop the bloat till a few days after, so fingers crossed there's more new lows to follow after the next couple down days...
Thu 1/17 calories: 2,278 fat: 155g - 61.1% protein:186g - 32.7% carbs:49, 26 from fiber, 23 net carbs - 4.3% other - 1.9% My net calories were -20. |

Good down day today, kinda tough figuring out calorie counts for my chicken soup, but if anything I think I estimated high..... Fingers crossed for a new low in the am! Today was a pretty high protein day, hopefully that won't be a bad thing...
Fri 1/18 calories: 544 fat: 22g - 36.2% protein:71g - 52.4% carbs:10, 3 from fiber, 7 net carbs - 7.4% other - 4% My net calories were -1760. |

I got my Zumba in today(sat)! Thursdays workout was not done, but I did do 3 this week and that is my weekly goal! So far I have 4 planned for this next week! Sat 1/19 calories: 2329 fat: 166g - 63.9% protein:150g - 25.6% carbs:61g, 27 from fiber, 34 net carbs - 10.5% other - 0% My net calories were -538. |

I used a ketone test strip this morning just to check and see where I was at ketosis wise, since carbs seemed a little high yesterday, well it came up on the medium to real dark side, so very happy with that!
Report for today is... Sun 1/20 calories: 576 fat: 37g - 63.6% protein:32g - 24.8% carbs:10g, 3 from fiber, 7 net carbs - 7.7% other - 3.9% My net calories were -1785. Update on the measurements... Note: waist is at thinnest part on torso and stomach is the largest part around belly... Everything is in inches. Also I do my measurements in the morning on the weekend after Tom starts...

Kinda dissapointed with those measurements... Only a 2 in, difference from last month and none at all in my thighs? C'mon I've got some thunder thighs here.... Plus there was a pretty good pound difference and my body fat % on the scale went down alot. Who know, usually doing measurements is encouraging, not so much this month. Figured with having been working out for 2 weeks, maybe that would help, but maybe it's kinda done the opposite.

Don't let it get you down. You are doing great. Give it another month and maybe you will see some difference. It took awhile to see a difference from working out if I remember right from last year.

You are doing fantastic! Yeah, we'd all love to see huge gigantic differences in every gauge we use to measure our progress.! Honestly though, I don't think you want to see huge differences quickly... it'll just leave you flabby and jiggly.. slow and easy IMO.
I understand completely though, dont get me wrong! I just know that you're doing great things and all of the "little things" will add up to HUGE ones, hang in there!! ![]() |

So I got Fitness Boot Camp in again and honestly it's so hard that about 15 minutes in, I'm always thinking, "what the heck was I thinking"! Oh, it's killer on the legs!!! Fingers crossed for a good weigh in tomorrow, would love a new low, however small it may be!

Got through my 3rd workout for the week, yay, just have Zumba left on Saturday. I will have beat my 3 workouts a week goal! I need these next couple of evenings for homework... Think I had a good UD, Rotisserie chicken is always hard for me to log... I feel like if anything I over guessed my cals. I would love to see something in the 189's or 190's after tomorrow's DD.

I've had a great day and REALLY, REALLY want a new low tomorrow, I mean I've really been working hard enough for it! I need to get to sleep at a decent time though. I've probably just been averaging a little less than 6 hrs a night, these last few days. I'm reading a good book and it seems like the only time I find to read is when I go to bed, so.... Soon as I finish it, I'm not reading anymore books for a bit!

Just found out Zumba was cancelled for tomorrow, because of the weather. Guess that means no 4th workout for me this week, glad I got my 3 in earlier! I've had a good up day, so let's see how much that will bump me up tomorrow...

Good up day today! I'll be back to working out tomorrow! I have a meeting Tuesday night, so I'm going to have to switch my fitness bootcamp class for the cardio boot camp on Thursday...
Sun 1/27 calories: 2016 fat: 141g - 62.6% protein: 145g - 28.6% carbs: 45g, 21 from fiber, 24 net carbs - 8.8% other - 0% My net calories were -264. Hopefully my bounce up tomorrow won't be too bad and I'll be able to see those 180's again on Tuesday. I have to switch back to weighing in at 5:45am again, instead of whenever I crawl out of bed on the weekend. |
