Feeling sort of down last night and today...we're having horrible weather and lots of flood warnings... I find when I'm like this I tend to eat more. I walked yesterday but didn't do any walking this morning, I exercised on Monday, but didn't do any exercises yesterday I'm really feeling kind of down today. I guess this is when I wish I had the support of my family here with me....

FOOD INTAKE
My eating for the week has been horrible anything that could fit into my mouth I've been eating.

Monday
Breakfast - rye crackers w/cream cheese
L - pea soup; M&M w/peanuts
D - turkey slices w/cheese

Tuesday
L - pea soup; M&M w/peanuts

Geez, I know I posted on Friday, but I guess I forgot to submit it.

FOOD INTAKE
Seriously can't remember that far back, let's see

Wednesday
B - rye crisp bread w/cream cheese

Thursday

Friday
B - Turkey slices w/cheese
L - 2 fried chicken ribs

Saturday
Snack - rye crisp bread w/cream cheese
L - fish, salad, coleslaw, fried plantain, diet coke

Sunday
L - fried chicken wingets, salad w/cantalope, ceasar dressing, corn on cob, carrots, diet coke, ice cream
Snack - fried chicken, watermelon

I fried chicken on Sunday, so I know I'll be having that along with maybe corn on cob & salad for the next day or two.

I did no walking or exercises over the weekend, and I work up too late to do anything this morning. I'm not sure if I'll be doing anything this evening neither, I'll have to play it by ear.

Another pound bites the dust!

Good news! I checked out my scale this morning and I'm down another 1lb! I'm sure if I had been better with my eating it could have been more, but I'm happy with my results. I have about 16 more pounds before reaching my goal weight of 150, I'm hoping I can meet that goal by December or fit nicely into a size 10!

FOOD INTAKE
Tuesday & Wednesday (same as Monday) with the exception of the snickers bar and I had cantaloupe instead of watermelon.

Thursday
L - remaining of the fried wingets (6)
Snack - turkey slices w/cheese

Friday - today is a holiday so I'm not sure what I'm going to be devouring, but with vacation coming up soon I'll try to be good.

Got in 8 miles this morning, I'm still in Pippa Passes, KY and I have about 4 miles to go before reaching Mallie, KY.

Isn't this walking trail breathtaking!

I'm now down to 165

It's been awhile since posting, but I've been on vacation and back. I've been quite busy so I probably won't be posting often. Let's see....the last time I weighed myself I was down to 165 that's 1.5 pounds less than when I last weighed and 15 pounds away from my goal of 150! But I've since been on vacation. The good news is I continued with my walking regime while away, but I also enjoyed some sinful goodies.

I'll probably jump on the scale over the weekend to see what or if I gained since returning from vacation.

Updates -
VIRTUAL WALK ACROSS AMERICA - I'm still doing the Virtual walk mostly 6 miles a day with the exception of the weekend. Right now I'm stumping through Kentucky.

CALLANETICS - I did well with callanetics until about 2 weeks before vacation. I then fell off the band wagon (it's been too busy). I'm considering doing 3 days of walking and 2 days of callanetics, alternating the days; or perhaps just doing 15-30 minutes of callanetics 3-4 days a week. We'll see what happens.

FAST 5 - I kind of fell short on Fast5, some days I'm good but mostly I find myself nibbling in the mornings.

LOWCARB - LC is still a major part of my diet. There are days I intake more than planned but I'm really trying to make it a way of life. I think the walking has helped to keep my weight & inches down.

My goal is to get into a size 10 by November (vacation time again). While I enjoy being a size 12, being a size 10 will shock the 'hell' out of my family.

So over the weekend I'm going to look over what has worked for me, re-strategize and come up with something livable for the next 4 months. I'l continue to post here periodically.
