Today is our 24th wedding anniversary

B coffee w cream, breakfast sausage
L steak pizziola and broccoli. Leftovers from last night
Dinner- shrimp in creamy crab sauce over asperagus


Gym- 1.8 miles on treadmill. Wts for back and biceps.
There is no way I'm gonna reach this next goal. Stuck at 168 for days and days now

You're doing awesome Lisa! The beauty of low carb/exercise is that you will look like you have lost 30lbs long before the scale says so.

That is true Jeanie. Old habits die hard and I live and die by the numbers on the scale I did have a successful shopping trip yesterday - that should be my barometer ! Thanks for the reminder

Struggling with mood today. Feeling low...
Ran out of 5htp and didn't get more for 2 days. Maybe that's the issue.

Rolling along. Someone at worked said " you lost a lot of weight!"

Today at work there was corned beef cabbage potatoes and soda bread...plus brownies and carrot cake

I had none of it. Carrot cake is a favorite...

Yoga this morning. Three days in a row. Meditation day 3 also.

I have lost a whopping 3 lbs this month
Not thrilled bout that but I feel Good and I'm looking better than I was so I guess slow and steady is the way to go

Well, all things considered I'm doing well. I held a bake sale today and just for a split second I was tempted by all the sugary goodies. It is amazing how that voice still pipes up when you least expect it! Thankfully, I ignored it

May have turned the corner. Went to cvs today and bought Dramamine. Helped with the nausea I was able to eat a little breakfast and some yogurt for lunch. I have chicken in the oven now so fingers are crossed.

Lisa, I am glad you are feeling better. Where in FL are you?

I had to go three weeks without a scale and it was tough. The scale keeps me in line and really helps me. So I say "brilliant"!
