Worked full day.
b-yogurt for breakfast w/ coffee

D- at Charlotte airport chicken Caesar- tested like dressing and sugar

I cannot believe I've been doing this for 50 days!

Afternoon - OMG probably drank 6 ultra bees this afternoon

Snack- pork rinds and mozzarella w/ roasted red peppers

Vacation has kicked in but I am eating on track thus far. Alcohol is an added variable so we shall see...

Thank God the weekend is over...

Yet another all day party on Goodland. More ultra beers than yesterday. 7? 8? Who knows

Good all good. Most carbs from that crazy beer.

B- eggs bacon cheese
L- fish
D- burger onions mushrooms. Salad w feta

Snack- mozzarella roasted red peppers smoked Gouda


Good times. Food ok.

Alcohol free today. I just cannot keep up so I'm not going to try. And I won't have a headache tomorrow morning

No scale available here and I haven't broken down a bought one. I left some clothes here back in August and I can literally stick my arm down the inside of the waist

Keeping on track with food. Enjoying a treat of strawberries w a bit of Splenda on them. So yummy.

Yummy yummy yummy! I make a basic creamy artichoke dip ( i think the one i use is called 3 cheese artichoke dip) and then add chicken to it. So easy and delicious!

Challenging

B- sausage patties
L- yogurt w sunbutter
D- dinner party- ugh. Appetizers: artichoke dip , red peppers, mozzarella, asparagus. Dinner: pulled pork (totally had sugar in it.) and grilled chicken. Dessert: strawberries w whipped cream.

Lots of food but I hadn't eaten much before going. I had about 1/4 cup of pulled pork. It was delicious but totally sweet. Hopefully it does not trigger me
I definitely made the choice to have it though so if I slip it is all on me

Weights and treadmill 2 miles this morning.

Screwed up count again

Ok day but definitely had to talk myself out of eating off plan tonight. Totally wanted one of those chocolate peanut pops in the freezer. Had yogurt sunbutter w chocolate divinci instead.

Meatloaf for breakfast
Creamy chicken for lunch
Personal cauliflower pizza w meatball and onions

Yogurt as above for snack. Stuffed. More food than I usually have

I use two eggs w 3 lbs of beef. Holds together pretty. If you place the mold on two slices of bread, it absorbs the juice and the loaf gets more firm. Just discard the bread before eating.
