Day 10

No weight loss this morning. Here comes the slow down. I'm mentally prepared- I hope!

Gym this morning no yoga today. Kinda of bummed but the class is at 730 in the evening. I'm done by then!!

Breakfast - turkey sausage patties
Lunch- Burger w cheese no bun
Dinner- pot roast w mushrooms and sautéed baby spinach

Mood- good
Motivation - still strong
Hunger- normal

No wt loss. I hate these corrections but my body needs to maintain a balance. Homeostasis and all that

Breakfast- coffee
Lunch- lasagna

Snack- cauliflower pizza. Crust needs work but YUM!!

Dinner- lasagna

Mood - good. Yoga helped
Motivation still motivated. Pants feel loose
Hunger- false hunger this afternoon (tired? Forgot supplements??). Who knows but it was close. Could have easily thrown in the towel

Note to self- remember your damn supplements

Hang in there Lisa! I saw a low of 148 a few days ago and then with no change in eating went up a couple of pounds and finally dropped down to .4 less than the original low of 148. That darn scale can be so deceiving at times, yet I admit I let it get to me- sometimes I have even given up or binged because I believed it's lies! Way to go on the exercise and looser clothing!!

Thanks Jeanie. I really appreciate the support this thread offers. Tomorrow is another day. I haven't tracked my calories but they may be too low. I should be at around 1500 and I think I'm well below that. I added a snack today. We'll see what the crazy scale has in store for me tomorrow.

Good day today. Remembered my supplements whether placebo or not it made a difference in my hunger this afternoon. Gym was good. A little weight training and ran 1/2 mile. 1 hour workout. Perfect

B- coffee w cream
L- cauliflower crust pizza
S- 1/8 cup yo cheese
Dinner- not sure yet

No weight loss for 3 days. Not loving that

Mood- good
Motivation- still high
Hunger- supplements are key!!

The scale will drop again Lisa. I know it is hard when it slows or doesn't move for a few days, it causes some doubt and the fast losses help keep us motivated.

4 days no weight loss. Good thing I have a sense of humor
I'm not worried. In the past I lost 12 lbs on induction so tomorrow is 2 weeks. If I lose 11 lbs this time that's ok too

Coffee for breakfast
Lunch veggies with Italian sausage
Dinner cauliflower pizza

Feeling much better. Afternoon headache lingers and appetite not back but overall much better. Back to work tomorrow. 5 people out in my dept today

Ordered 3 skirts from eBay today. I haven't done that in years. 3 for the price of 1. Love it

Good thing I have this log or I wouldn't have any idea how long I've been at this

So nearly three weeks down and 14lbs!

I tried on some pants that were impossible to wear three weeks ago and one pair is totally doable the other two are not far behind

Breakfast - coffee
Lunch- cauliflower pizza
Snack- yo cheese
Dinner- ??

Feeling very good about my goal. Recovering from the flu is not easy. Worked today but felt horrible by noon. 3 Advil and back at it to finish the day. I feel feverish and get a headache in the afternoon but feel pretty good in the morning.
Oh well. Can't last forever

Pneumonia.... Awesome.
Feel horrible. Got up for work today took a shower had my coffee but when it was time to do my hair and get dressed- I just knew I wasn't going to make it
Doctor app - no breath sounds LLL. Chest X-ray and now levaquin

I cannot tell you how badly I wanted to binge. I have no appetite but I totally would have loved a half gallon of ice cream. Didn't though

Lunch chicken broth w spaghetti squash noodles
Dinner yo cheese with almonds

177 this morning. Food not at all appealing

Felt good most of the day. Fever and headache surfaced around 4pm. 4 hours later than yesterday. Progress!

Breakfast- 1egg w/ cheese and blueberries with cream

Lunch- Chicken broth

Dinner- cauliflower white pizza w/ spinach


Mood- tired of not feeling well
Motivation- ok
Hunger- appetite better today

Ok day. Good in terms of food but starting to get stir crazy and tired of not feeling 100%.

Mood cranky
Motivation ok but feeling like I couldn't care less about food
Hunger forcing dinner

Still at 177

Got my eBay skirts. All 3 are still a bit snug but if they don't fit for my trip in February they will fit for the trip in Match

Ok today was almost a normal day

I went out to home goods for a little retail therapy then to supermarket for a few items. Felt sick but when I got home I forced myself to eat a burger with cheese and fried onions. I felt so much better!! So maybe I have to force lunch instead of dinner in order to feel well throughout the day

Breakfast coffee yo cheese w sunbutter
Lunch burger with cheese and onions
Dinner?? Not sure. Not hungry so maybe more yogurt

Snack cocoa almonds (10?)

I feel very swollen. Hands are totally puffy. Could be broth or the levaquin apparently causes water retention. Pushing water hoping for a whoosh. 6 days left on meds

4 WEEKS TO PARADISE!!!!

Started tracking with a tracker site that I have used in the past and really enjoyed it. I like tracking my carb/fat/protein ratio. I was curious about my calorie intact as well.

I find myself getting very inpatient waiting for the scale to move

Motivation ok because pants are smaller and "back fat" almost gone
