I can't seem to get out of this rut of doing so good during the week and then having a little piece of bread on Friday night and messing up my weight loss. I need to meditate on this problem and see if I can't come up with why I'm doing it. I had one bite of challah last night, and then the matzah ball soup was calling my name and I ate some of the broth. I also got a tiny bit of matzah from the crumbs. Today my feet are killing me, and I feel like I can't lift my arms over my head. When will I learn that gluten is a strict no-no for me?? UGH!
