he did AWESOME!! they got behind in the first half. his line wasn't blocking very well. but they came back after the half and had a great comeback! it was so fun to watch him. they did end up losing by 2 in overtime, but it was a GREAT game! he said coaches were pretty happy.

yeah, pretty much no veggies. i had salsa and avocado yesterday. and my tummy is back to lots of gurgling and bernice went back to not as 'normal' if you know what i mean. i didn't eat anything different. i haven't had the avocado and salsa for awhile so that's the only thing i can think of that made it revert back. will do without it for awhile and see if it clears up again.

no, no hack, just might add them to a meal here and there.

awesome job on the low load gain!

feeling that extra lifting today! hoo-weee!

my sister from MN is here. i'm going with her to see one of her friends...help with the kiddos. it's 2 hrs away. will enjoy spending the day with her.

had a great day. she came out here for supper after we got back is it was the only evening the cousins could play. she hit a deer going back to mom's. shook her up pretty good, but they were ok and the damage didn't seem that bad.

Sounds like a lovely family day! Glad everyone and everything was okay after the deer incident.

Iím feeling good. I exchanged a boiled egg in the morning for my breadsticks and that has made a big difference. Keeping the calories in the low 600s. Iím feeling slimmer, but so far the loses have been lack luster, .60 & .40. Two main culprits Iím considering:
1. Yesterday was the last day of HH week
2. Iíve had beef broccoli the last two days. Calorie wise okay, but the sauce probably.

Today Iím going to have to eggs for breakfast and eliminate a fruit.

Good Morning Bud,
You were right, down 1.2 today.

Yesterday I decided to give the HCG 2.0 a go. In a nut shell you calculate your calories to your BMR, for me I get 523. But you donít count your veggie calories; just keep them below 30 carbs for the day. Plus no fruit or bread stick. It seemed like the direction I was headed anyway, so just go for it. Whether I was just due for a whoosh or the WOE contributed, Iím not sure. But Iím a lot less hungry, feel stronger and headed the right direction.

I stayed home today. :/ Ella shared. nose is so stuffy didn't sleep well at all...just feel like watching Netflix and do laundry. sigh...

I wish I was more boring!

I was down 4.1 Friday, a little too much freewheeling over the weekend bumped up 3, back on the horse yesterday down 1.6. Making me down 2.7 for the first week. See what I mean? HCG 2.0 is working out great for me. More food, more variety, less hunger and the losses are good as long as I stick to it. I havenít really got back to lifting, but power walking pretty regular.

Howís our Quarterback doing?

you knew i had to say it...down is down, missy!! congrats! i'm so glad 2.0 is making it so much more doable for you.

mr. qb didn't have a game yesterday. last varsity game this friday. if they get way ahead, he should play. then playoffs start. they are rated #1. last JV game is next monday.

Yep and that's a big part of the problem. It's hard to eat well on the road. But to be fair, I haven't been real motivated to work real hard at it. I looked at myself Sunday and said "you act like to don't want to lose weight, what's your problem?" No answer.

my goodness what an amazing last game mr Qb had last night!!

he had 4 passes to the receiver for TDs. 3 of those passes were 20-30 yd passes!! he ran in 2 or 3 TDs. he had a couple 20-30 yd rushes. it was just an awesome game! what a way to end the JV season. kinda a proud mama moment.

and then there's this miss priss!

My goodness! Did you gain five pounds from your swelling chest/heart? Wouldn't it be cool if my brother the gymnastics coach crossed paths with little Miss down the road? And man can you just imagine what our athlete is going to do when he becomes a senior? I could really see the athlete in him in his school picture.

Very good day yesterday 1358 calories/83% fat - down 2.3#. Yes the body loves fat. Just what I needed to make it successfully though my friend's birthday lunch today. I hate to admit it, but my body is teaching me over and over again that carbs are not my friend. I was able to eat fruit and maintain, but it doesn't look like grains are in the future for me if I don't want to diet the rest of my life. I really miss Primal and can't wait to get back to it.

How you doing Buddy of mine!?! What's the game schedule for the weekend?

I'm feeling much better with FF. I'm kind of doing it Primal style, though fruit hasn't been a part this week. Mainly because there wasn't any I wanted to work in. I ate out three times and still did well. I had a little bump up today but I'm counting it more as a fluctuation. I'm going to lean this way over the weekend and reassess from there, but I don't really feel pushed to change anything at the moment. My main focus is not having a big bump at the end of the weekend. I'm hoping by enjoying my WOE more and feeling real good that will be less likely to happen.

I hope you have a fabulous weekend!!
