Just starting this thread to keep track of my eats, my macros, and weight.
Was surprised my weight was down another .2 this morning, as I had eating near 3000 calories and gone over carbs and protein, in addition to having a couple ketel and clubs. I'll take it.
Weekends are always tough for me because I'm not occupied and around food all day, so I tend to grab things when I'm bored. Sailor debuted his first batch of home brewed beer, and I freaked out a bit inside when I took a sip, but carbs should be negligible. Had shrimp scampi for dinner and a drink after, we will see if that affects my weight in the morning..
Weight was 123.2 this morning. Just finally achieved that pleasantly full feeling I've been striving for after shrimp scampi tonight. Kind of stressed about school and finals, wondering if this makes me more hungry than normal. :dunno:
Was 122.8 this morning, -.4 from yesterday. :jumpjoy: I thought for sure I was going to gain from the shrimp and vodka and club, but nope. I'll take it.
Cup of bouillon mid morning, wonder if this will make me retain?
Was hungry today, some coconut oil in tea finally made me full. Ate a slice of pumpkin bake with cream cheese a couple hours later. Dunno why.:dunno: Felt really nauseous almost immediately after and my stomach was wonky most of the afternoon. Too much Splenda I think, will let Brett finish it.
Went to Chili's for dinner, got a regular burger with cheddar, no bun. Ate some pickles with it. Will see if that affects the scales tomorrow.
Jeans do feel looser, so thats good.

123.0 this morning, up .2 pounds. It is either the bouillon, the burger from Chili's, or not having anything to drink last night.
Over the fact that I gained weight yesterday, I think cortisol has something to do with it. I weighed 123.8 at 6:15 PM with clothes on, so I'm definitely still losing weight. We will see what I weigh tomorrow.

Rough day today, about 2300 calories, no carbs. Mini binge just because thats what I'm used to Tuesday nights.. 124.2 just now with clothes on, so anything above that is imaginary!

120.8 this morning weee, new low! Was a stressful day, enjoying a couple glasses of wine now. Maybe I'll see a gain tomorrow due to said alcohol + cup of bouillon, but who knows?

1. Lost the metal taste in my mouth at some point yesterday
3. 26g carbs
4. 2 glasses of wine
5. Was dehydrated the past couple of days, so my lower weights were really just lost water
1. Will be getting back into ketosis in the next few days
2. Gonna keep drinking the bouillon since it keeps me from getting that unwell feeling in the afternoon
3. Carbs will be going down because I don't have anymore pumpkin bake
4. Maybe 1 glass of wine?

Hey dazygyrl, I did not see it! It's called Jody's Pumpkin Bake, you can find it on Linda Sue's site. I don't make many low carb recipes, like to keep it simple, but this stuff is fabulous. I only use a half cup of Splenda as opposed to a full cup, I don't like it too sweet. Tastes like crustless pumpkin cheesecake to me. :)
123.8 this morning. Nauseous at the grocery store, the smell of the cheese case just assaulted my senses. Was so sick yesterday had to turn around and come back home before I even got to school. :( So nauseous and tired, I'd think I was pregnant if I didn't have my period a week ago. Seems to have subsided so far this morning, we will see.
Stayed on track yesterday until last night, ate saltines, 2 slices of pizza, and most of a tub of Ben and Jerry's. I'm surprised I didn't do more damage to the scale eating that junk, I know its mostly water.
Was going to fat fast this morning, but have decided against it. Just gonna limit carbs to <20g today, hit 60-75g protein, and fill in the rest with fat. Aiming to keep calories around 1500 today. Have no idea what I'm going to eat all day, but Taco Soup for dinner tonight.

Hope you feel better. Your eating has been really good for the most part. I really want to try that pumpkin bake.
It is great, and one slice is very satisfying. I've been cutting it into 6 servings, but I think I will do 8 the next time I make it.
200+ grams of carbs last night didn't seem to have a huge effect on my water retention OR my appetite today.. definitely not too hungry.
Also, I'm not nauseous today. Still tired though. The stress of finals is weighing on me, I bet.
Was so tired all day today, could not wait to get home and collapse on the couch! I didn't feel pukey sick nauseous all day, but I was at a "Meh, food just doesn't sound appealing right now" state of mind, which is VERY strange the day after a carb binge. I usually want to eat ALL THE THINGS. I almost threw up when I opened the package of ground beef to cook, so yeah. That didn't happen. Had nuts for dinner instead.

Only 1 oz of nuts today if I need it, and no wine. Lots of studying for finals goin on today.

126.2 this morning after 3 weeks in Texas. Not too terrible. Got back on track with NK today, felt good. Went to the gym and lifted today, shoulders and back, along with some KB swings. Made Taco Bake for dinner and OMG, this will be happening again!

126.6 this morning. I'm chalking that up to my body being dehydrated from the wine when I weighed in yesterday morning, and lifting yesterday afternoon.

I also had a Coke Zero yesterday because I was desperately tired, and I'm trying to stay away from sodas.
Lifting again today. Love doing it so I will take the weight bump.
This Accountability thread is a great idea. Think I might just have to do the same.
