[QUOTE=Dedicated;16258561]What's the recipe of the zuchinni chips?[/QU

One zuchinni
One egg
Some grated Parmesan cheese ( i use the Kraft kind in the green bottle)
Seasonings of your choice

I slice up the zucchini into circles, seasoned them with some ms.dash, dipped them in egg and then dipped them in the grated Parmesan, then deep fried them in vegetable oil. They were just ok imo. Not delicious but not disgusting either. I think with a bit of tweaking they can be awesome though. Perhaps it was the seasoning I used , idk. It was my first time frying zucchini . I will be making these again though .

Hi Magie! I am doing OK. They gym is going alright. Missed a few days but I will be going back to a consistent regimen again. I started to feel really low on energy for some reason.

Good for you, I do that with the gym also. I am wanting to get back just to do some swimming as soon as the cold weather clears up here in MI. I walk on my treadmill at home so that is enough exerise for me at the moment. Glad to hear that things are going well for you. Have a nice day!
